"I self parked later in evening and felt unsafe because the lower level parking was very dark with very tight spaces. Also the parking fee for cars is very expensive."

"Parking was safe $15. A night. Room was clean. Alittle noisy you could hear walking around all night up stairs. Breakfast was continental not full. "

"Right at 11am check out time they are standing outside the door with a clip board invading your space. Telling you its time to check out if not there is all these fees per hour. Not professional, inviting and or welcoming. Customer service is bad the entire staff needs better training. Rooms need to be upgraded feels like a motel not a hotel."
