I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. "The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."
