"If you want to know what the next stage of travel is like, where AI replaces human interaction, stay here. Our check in went as follows: Scanned a QR code on the front door (which wasn’t obvious, very little signage to indicate we were at the right place), logged in with our booking reference. Stepped into soulless foyer and waited for next stage of our bot-driven check in process. Obtained our room number by text and an access code to get to our floor by the dark and dreary elevator. Arrived at...

"Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price. We found mold in the shower and had to flag down a cleaning crew in the hallway to have it addressed. Overall, the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel left a lot to be desired. Check-in was also disappointing. The person checking us in was on a speakerphone call throughout the process, barely paying attention to us. The location is fine, but overall, definitely not worth what they charge."

"フェイスタオルがあればよかった。部屋までの道のりが複雑だった。早くから荷物を預かってくれて、17:00を過ぎてのチェックインの場合は預けた荷物を部屋にまで運んでくれて助かりました。ロケーションは良く、早朝のアムトラック乗車のためのペンステーションへの移動も徒歩で行けました。"

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."
