Very clean & spacious, lovely accomodating hosts, takeaways and mini mart right across the road, super convenient location to Baypark Arena. Had a morning of Op Shopping which were all very close and Bayfair Mall just down the road. Will be rebooking for next year."

"Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! "
