"The room was clean, The breakfast area needs attention. The dining area was always dirty. Breakfast selection could use some improvement."

"All Good Reception is Slow"

"The property was generally pretty nice. Our room smelled musty. It was near the elevator which was so loud all night and woke us up several times. Also the light at the room entrance came on twice in the middle of the night at 3 am and again some other time. Wouldn’t recommend, given our experience"

"Rooms were clean and substantial. The various amenities are good for those who need or want to use them. Location is very convenient for the community shuttle for visitors that are not familiar with the area."

"The parking situation was not explained that well and the shower was weak but everything else was nice"

"Friendly People!"

"Nice hotel in central SF"

"Great room for a great price"

"Was hoping for more."
