Nice Hotel & helpful staff. Included breakfast was nice with breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, cold cereal , cold cuts etc. Pool is very small. Good location & rooms w/balcony have nice view of the lake or there is a seating area on roof as well

This is a charming hotel in a convient walking location to restaurants and the lake. The beds are only ok and the TV was limited but the showers were hot and the balcony had a lovely view.

A hotel that fails to realise its potential

The hotel is newly built and well located within easy reach of the town's facilities and offers free on-site parking (but beware the garage parking is an extra €5/day). Room was 'fair' but decor and lighting is dull and bed comfort was not great, plus bathmat had hairs on it from a previous guest. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast - tables are pre-allocated to numbered rooms (so no choice of where you sit) and the buffet food is left open to the air, such that flies could (and did!) crawl across the cheese, meat etc! With a little more attention to detail, this could be a much better hotel than it is at present - and justify a marginally higher tariff.

Das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus hat ein Flair, das schon beim Betreten auffällt. Tiefgarage im Haus, Pool, tolles Frühstück, was will man mehr? As Finden ist nur ein wenig kompliziert. Das Auto haben wir während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht benötigt, weil alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. In 5 Minuten am See und in der Altstadt. Bemerkenswert ist die Aussicht vom obersten Stockwerk auf den See. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Azalea, keine Frage.

Fin beliggenhed med udsigt over søen på værelserne øverst oppe. Venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Fint pool område med liggestole. Sengen dog hård at ligge i 😟

La chambre d'hotel que nous avons eu au quatrième étage était bien, avec une belle vue. J'ai trouvé l'accueil indifférent et pas serviable sans être désagréable. Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus. Il y avait un chemin de fer derrière l'hotel, qui m'a réveillé vers 3.30 du matin, mais l'on ne l'entend pas si l'on met la climatisation. Globalement, j'ai trouvé Baveno OK, mais n'y reviendrai pas. Par contre, Stresa pas loin est beaucoup plus beau.

We arrived early, our room was ready so we were able to check in early..which we really appreciated. Rooms felt like they could be updated a little, but were clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly.
