"This is a small quaint hotel, a little remote to walk to restaurants in the village. When I arrived at 3:00 I had to wait for reception to open. No one was there. Check in was not very welcoming. However, later, they were more friendly.
Continental breakfast was adequate. The room was small, clean and adequate. No English TV"

"Well maintained gardens, pool areas very clean, no need to fight over sun beds, nice private beach, rooms were kept very tidy, We enjoyed the beach, the beautiful scenery around hotel. Some staff are a bit rude, food wasn't the best, breakfast had little options, we dint had a meal place and that was good as we tried dinner there once for 25 eur per person and it's was absolutely terrible, two pasta dishes to choose from, frozen fish and beef, nothing tasty. "It's a very nice hotel, with great staff and an amazing view. It seems a little out of place in the town during the winter, but I bet it's spectacular in the summer. I would definitely stay there again, if I were in that part of the island. The breakfast was very good, and I loved the format. "

"Look no further. This place is so much more wonderful than the pictures. Gorgeous property, quiet, no kids, great rooms, amazing included spa amenities, free beach chairs and umbrella w drink service. Easy jump off point to Arbitax for boat rental and orsei beach exploration. Just do it. "

The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."
