Totally awesome.

Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen.

Mini appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Cucina super attrezzata, pulita e nuova. Luce sufficiente. Bagno grande con presenza di prodotti di cortesia, phon grande, asciugamani. Silenzioso. Riscaldamento ottimo. Reception aperta solo in alcune fasce orarie ma possibilità di entrata e uscita in totale autonomia. Presente vicino un bar per la colazione e un supermercato. Nella zona presenti ristoranti e pizzerie e veramente a pochi passi dal centro.

La camera è davvero spaziosa, accessoriata e pulita. Il personale è stato gentile e inoltre è facilmente accessibile (si può parcheggiare in strada e per raggiungere la stanza c’era l’ascensore- avendo un passeggino fa sempre la differenza!)

Würden wir ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben bei der Ankunft auch bereits um 12:30 Uhr einchecken können, obwohl offizieller Check-In erst ab 15:30 Uhr wäre. Das war super zuvorkommend und hat uns viel Zeit erspart. Wirklich top.

Camera ampia dotata di tutti i comfort, soprattutto la cucina. Un piccolo separet dalla "zona" notte sarebbe stato apprezzabile. Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non funzionava ne come aria fredda ne come aria calda. La zona è tranquilla ed è possibile trovare parcheggio gratuito più o meno facilmente nelle ore pomeridiane, altrimenti a pagament durante tutto il giorno. Ottima pulizia dei locali. Reception con orario limitato, ma è comunque un "residence" e non un hotel quindi può starci.

Considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo possiamo sentirci di consigliarlo. Non al top ma sicuramente è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Solo un piccolo problema con la doccia che poteva essere affrontato in modo più professionale ma che alla fine è stato risolto.

Nous sommes arrivés tard, après la fermeture de la réception. Nous avons reçu par whastapp toutes les informations pour récupérer notre appart le jour même. Tous s’est très bien passé. Ça manque d’un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais rien d’insurmontable.

Nous avons réservé notre séjour dans l’hébergement Residence Grandi Magazzini avec balcon. Arrivés sur place, on nous explique agressivement que nous devons séjourner dans un autre hébergement sans explication. On se retrouve sans balcon, avec vu sur des groupes de climatisation, très bruyant. Nous ne pouvons même pas ouvrir la fenêtre. De plus, ils nous fournissent un balais cassé, la douche fuit, la haute aspirante non fonctionnelle et des fourmis partout dans l’appartement. Sans parler de l’odeur de renfermé, masqué par un parfum de vanille. Certaines femmes de ménages bâcle le travail. A éviter !!
