"My husband and I recently visited Airlie Beach for my 40th birthday, and chose to stay at The Boathouse Apartments as a treat. I am so glad we did, it was amazing! We had come across from Daydream Island around 10am and asked to leave our bags at reception until we could check in. "Clean and very friendly staff who helped us out with a late check-in. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it is a bi8t run down and would benefit from updated bed linens. "

"We had a spa balcony one bedroom unit. It overlooked the property and the port. The room was spacious and it had a full sized fridge, microwave AND a dishwasher which was a pleasant surprise. Even though there is only a fan in the bedroom, the living room air-con was sufficient to cool the entire unit. The rear car park was close to the lift. We enjoyed the communal hot tub which really was relaxing. We are not exactly spring chickens but we were able to walk to town, maybe 10-12 mins...

"If someone book for 3 people it’s good to have 3 towels everything 3 even if it’s children. Next part is good to have vacuum in the room for properly clean after my salt. "

"The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "
