"The property is slightly dated however its proximity to town, the views and the pool greatly outweigh this. Parking is included and the apartments are well equipped. The hill from town back to the property is very steep but completely manageable for the fit and healthy. The property was quiet and we didn’t notice any sound travelling from other groups staying in the adjoining apartments. The property could benefit from a freshen up but as it currently stands it is great value for money."

"Even though the location wasn’t the greatest, near a busy road, we didn’t really get any nuisance from it. The bush village cabins were basic, but spacey and clean. Checking in went smoothly. As it is winter and it was a tad chilly, there was no heater hence we requested for blankets which the young lady at the reception brought along very quickly. "

"Absolutely gorgeous rainforest retreat. Nice simple breakfast options. Bed was super comfy. It is quite a way from the town centre (not walkable or at least a LOOONG walk) but that added to the quietness."

"The location of the resort was amazing. Also we stayed in the presidential suite which was the best! The only issue I had with it was the shower head holes were a big clogged so water did not come out nice and straight. I ended up using one of the many bathrooms the suite had to offer that wasn’t used much to enjoy my shower more. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and they told me we had free breakfast. I was surprised as I did not recall having that. Upon exiting they did not tell...

"We really liked our stay here. The lady running it was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The gardens around the property were well kept, including the pool. This is definitely worth staying here if looking for a low budget stay near Airlie beach. You need a car though!"

"Very spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with ocean view, good for families. The property is very modern and clean."

"Great spot! Owner was not super welcoming or warm when we arrived but we didn’t have any issues after checking in. Very steep hill to manage when walking to and from the shops, so it wouldn’t be for everyone. Clean, spacious. The most gorgeous views from the balcony! A beautiful spot to start and end the days. We would definitely stay again! "

"We enjoyed our stay there unit was very clean and well equipped."

"Simon, was there to greet us from the coach and took my wife’s case to the apartment. Pictures do not do it justice, overlooks the harbour. Couldn’t be closer to boat tour terminal and bus terminal - even so very quiet. Short walk to town centre and beach - should have booked longer than our 3 day stay! Thanks Simon"
