This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again.

No towels until late In evening. No internet in our room, only in the lobby. The telephone in our room did not work. The front desk said no room phones worked. They suggested calling the front desk on my cellphone. My cellphone doesn’t work in the Philippines, only in WiFi. (No WiFi).

Our I.T. staff checked the internet signal in your room and it has a strong signal and when he assisted you in connecting to your phone to the internet he said there were certain restrictions in your phone thus he check the reason why you cannot connect. The CR smells like pee, no exhaust fan in the CR. I was grounded when i turn the shower crank (knob) in the CR of Room202
The room had a lot of electrical outlets which we really needed as compared to other hotels. Parking area was spacious but it got filled up due to a seminar in the hotel.
There was a miscommunication (got 2 single beds instead of 2 twin beds) at first but it was sorted out by the 2 frontdesk ladies.
Room was little small but it's just right for the price you pay. It was good enough for us to have a rest and sleep through the night.
Bathroom - toilet is separated from the bath which is a plus if you're travelling with family and just stayed in one room.
Food - was not able to try it since we arrived late and went out early the following day.
Staff - all accommodating and polite.
Customer Service - got a surprised call from Gracie even after I checked out to explain everything. This gesture is much appreciated as other hotels will not even bother contacting you after you checked out the frontdesk team of Ariana wowed me by doing this - customer service at its finest!
Recommended for a quick rest before heading back on the road.

The Single/ twin bed were the same, Twin bed is the term for US English and Single bed is the term used for UK English and is system design. We understand that the Single bed term is a more commonly used in Asia region. The UK English version of bed type sizes appear on the following expedia POS Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, India, Taiwan, Philippines, Japan, Korea
Please note that we are slowly enrolling in the changes to Single bed instead of Twin bed and it has been reflected in Expedia.com.ph, however Hotels.com has yet to be enrolled for the changes and we hope the changes will take place soon for Hotels.com as well. We're sorry for any inconvenienced may be caused by this and we're looking to have this updated the soonest.

This has reference to your feedback regarding alleged no power during the night of your stay.
To have an overview during that night there was power interruption and our maintenance department switched from regular power to generator power and back to normal power.
During that night there were twice power interruption which was beyond our control and the same procedure was done.
Granting there were brownouts throughout the night, and we are almost booked that night it would be impossible that we did not switch on the genset to power our load and back to normal power since the rest of our guests should have complained the same thing as yours.
We also checked the aircons, tv and all the rooms occupied by guests under expedia booking and everything was working well except the air well where air condensing unit is just nearby which has minimal humming sound, unless your windows are open.
We would have appreciated if you call our attention that time and should your complain be valid we can transfer you to a room that is comfortable to you.
Nonetheless, we thank you again for your comment and hope we have enlightened you.
