"Lovely pool, spa facilities"

"The hotel was overall nice and in a very old historic building. It was an excellent location for walking through the old town. The weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a fan that offered limited help. The elevator was out of service that we were told that was due to the hot weather. Also, on our second morning there, there was no hot water in our room, even after letting both the shower and sink faucet run steady for 15 minutes. The breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Perfect location for exploring Bath, occupies a number of former homes in a town street with high ceilings and grand interior designs close to the historic centre. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. There is even limited parking if you arrive early enough, which is rare in Bath. Idiosyncratic and appealing hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. One thing I will say is that it was rather unpleasant that we needed to walk through the dining room to get to our room and there was no elevator/lift to get there. This made it challenging with all of our luggage to carry up and down the stairs."
