Property itself no issues, great location beside the Grand Top 100, spacious room. I have booked 2 room, 1 via Agoda and another via Expedia. The superior room thou clean but got a sewer smell, pillow didn't seem clean. The suites is very spacious. Quite upset with the staff service as a day before checkin, they ask us to change my suites to superior at its market rate due to their suites being over booked and say trying to deduct my credit card a day before check in. when my payment supposed to be upon checkin. Worst told me they have the right to cancel my reservation. Outrageous, demand my rights and we got to retain my reservation. Risk to get the reservation cancelled, not sure its them or expedia.

Terrible service! We were supposed to check in at 2pm. However, we were told no booking was done. After some time, then they apologized that they make a mistake. But all fully booked now so we have to wait. In addition, it’s clearly stated in the booking that breakfast it’s included for the 3 days stay. The manager argued that there is no breakfast included! We felt so cheated by this whole experience!

The room is clean, staff were friendly and polite. Great location, shopping and eateries are all walking distance. Only improvement is the breakfast, should have more varieties but the coffee is good. Overall is very good, value for money.
