"The front desk staff is difficult to work with and they want you to contact the host. The Expedia app doesn’t allow contacting the host. Communications is just terrible and everyone just says to ask someone else. I actually extended my stay another two weeks and it’s currently almost check in time again and no housekeeping has come. I really like the building and condos, but everything else is just terrible. I really hope this reaches the host, so they will know the staff is probably running...

"I wasn’t sure how to organize this, so I’ll just share my experience. The apartment itself was great very clean and noticeably cold, which I personally loved since it made sleeping really comfortable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, so it’s a good option for larger groups. The view is decent, and the pool is very nice. Just a quick tip: don’t hang your clothes on the balcony, as it’s not allowed (learned that the fun way 😄). Kim, the contact person, was very kind and helpful...

"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."
