"I like to stay here for tejano explosion. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works. It's an older property but it is pretty clean. The lady at the front desk is stern but nice. ;-)"

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"Not bad , but can be better ! Is just across the street , but trying to get in the building to the parking structure was horrible . "

"When I made reservations, breakfast was included. The set up for breakfast is very confusing. I saw people ordering and paying. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said if you paid for it, you will get it?!!"

"Even though the hotel was empty, they gave us room right next to the elevator. We could hear the elevator sound entire night, so we could hardly get any sleep. The mattress on the pull out was also in a terrible condition. I recommend any family of 4 staying make sure before hand to get a room far from the elevator and make sure the condition of mattress in the suite with pullout couch. Regards"

"This is a fantastic hotel on the River Walk. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Jose and Steve took care of my family here for my son’s wedding (at the evening receptions). Every person at breakfast is exceptional. Homemade salsa, free flowing coffee, breakfast buffet, and omelette bar with exceptional Josh and Noe."

"On the 4th floor there was a water leak or something. Water was ran out into the parking garage as well. Our room had a wet spot on the floor in between the beds. The floors were kind of dirty with some areas that were blackish. Left out feet black on the bottom from walking around the room. Told the front deck about it they didn't seem to care. "

"The food over the couple of days spent was limited. Cereal was good, waffles were good, a couple of pans with scrambled eggs and potatoes would help. Yogurt was good as it was good quality, some fruit cups would be good. That said, when people have a fridge in their room, it may be a budget problem. The location was excellent."

"The property was disappointing in that the rooms had LPV flooring and no carpeting so it was noisy room to room. The staff was friendly, the gym was good. No pool, which was disappointing. It is close to the river walk and felt safe."
