"Room cleanup was a little perfunctory and wifi required logging in with each new device. There should be a better, more convenient way to do this. Excellent location 5 minutes from NoMa Gallaudet. Neighborhood was interesting."

"The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."

"The hotel was in a busy area. It's looked not very safe. The staff at front desk was not helpful. Bathroom in the lobby wasn't working for 2 days, Front desk agent was on phone Spanish speaking the entire time of my stay. Room was new but limited on amenities. Best part of stay was the breakfast and attendant who was very helpful."

"Breakfast was had many options and very good. Desk staff on the week days were top notch. My only recommendations would be to replace the rusting bathroom towel bar/rack in the tub. The underside is all rusted. Plus, leave a small pad and pin in the rooms. Thank you."
