"Loved this hotel! Great location across from the Gallery Place metro station, tasty cafe, and AMAZING bar downstairs. The room was small but cozy and the bed, bedding, and pillows were all SO comfortable. This was the perfect home base for a weekend of sightseeing. "

"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very accommodating to additional needs. It struck us as old that the bedding did not have a top sheet, just the duvet. It was nice that we could set the room's temperature and fan speed. The restaurant's menu was upscale and not very family-friendly; it could use a few more kid-friendly dishes. In a restaurant, if you charge a meal to the room, you get a discount. Even though the same pastry items were sold in the restaurant and the cafe, you did not receive a discount at the cafe. Great price and location on parking, and it was wonderful that they offered in/out privileges. Do not purchase parking online through third-party apps. Arlo offers a much better deal. "

"it was a nice day! The metro was a little loud on the third floor, but it didn’t keep us up all night. The comforter was broken broken and had some feathers coming out of it and one of the pillows had a brown stain on it. everything else was great! The staff was so kind and helpful!"

"I would recommend to have their own restaurant, I didn't realized that the restaurant was located in other street, I chase that hotel because I saw that it had the bar of breakfast, but I didn't saw anything "

"The stay was fine, I really have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating was the price. The hotel price was inflated due to a conference in the area and unfortunately I didn't find the stay worth $500 per night, but there were few options available."

"The room smelled like dirty socks and shoes… the mattress was very dirty with nasty stains. The white sheets had stains on them and the blankets was dingy looking. It took a long time before the shower water became hot. I ask the desk for some fresh sheets and towels and they told me they didn’t have any more sheets available "
