"The room was a joke! It was too small for two people. I could touch both walls without fully extending my arms. The bed was hard and I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of it. The shower was small and there were no washcloths offered. Don’t waste money on the breakfast as it was very limited and the coffee was terrible coffee. Staff was ok but sometimes difficult to find. It was clean and nicely decorated however the seating was uncomfortable. I would have rather paid twice as much for an actual room and not this closet. The IPad to control the blinds, TV and lights was the only thing I liked."

"What a micro delight. I wasn’t aware of the small room size before I got there but the room had everything to accommodate. Large mirrors, luggage storage under the bed, huge TV, full sized sham/cond/lotion/body wash, a hair dryer, a clothes steamer, even a noise machine! Impressed. Great lighting. And so very clean. 10/10 stay, no notes."

"It was fine. I was only there for one night. I like the fact that check-out is at 12 pm. That gave us time to relax a little and enjoy breakfast without having to feel so rushed."

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at The Morrow Hotel, Washington DC, Curio Collection, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I honestly have not traveled or stayed at hotels very often, even locally, so this meant a great deal to both of us. What we experienced at The Morrow reminded me what true hospitality, care, and professionalism are supposed to feel like. From the very beginning, Alamyar Ferdows made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. His level of customer service exceeded our expectations and was one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in many years. Mr. Ferdows was not only professional and attentive, but also warm, understanding, personable, and sincere. You could immediately tell he truly cared about making our anniversary memorable rather than simply processing another hotel check-in. One of the most impressive moments of our stay was the personalized room upgrade Mr. Ferdows arranged for our anniversary celebration. That gesture alone showed tremendous thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After checking in, he personally escorted us to our room, which added a level of class, professionalism, and personal connection that is extremely rare today. During the walk to the room, he took the time to explain the hotel's amenities, dining options, and features throughout the property, making us feel completely comfortable. We will be back!
