"The property is well kept and in a safe neighborhood. The bed was creaking, so it was tough to sleep. The amenities were pretty basic."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Secreto in La Fortuna! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous, with perfectly manicured lawns and lush greenery. One of the highlights was seeing sloths hanging out in the trees in the morning! The location is fantastic, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The only small downside is that the walls are a little thin, so you can hear your...

"The hotel is much like a little resort, without a restaurant. They do serve a great breakfast. The pool is large, clean and plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms were very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The grounds were well kept, and its a short walk into La Fortuna. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying there. They also provide options for adventures around the area. So take advantage of that, before you go. Once you book, send them a Whatsapp...

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to add someway to store clothing in room. No closet and limited hanging space."

"Pros Location! There are many restaurants and supermarkets steps from the property. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They also accommodate us on our late arrival. Mauricio, the tour guide, is amazing, he offers competitive rates and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Oliver, the driver, treated us like family and he offers the best rates for private transfers. Mauricio and Oliver made the stay worth the hassles. Cons There was a small cockroach on the wall when we arrived, it was...
