Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move.
