It was ok. Staff were amazing. Very friendly professional and helpful. Great location. But my room had no iron and blow dryer. I did had to jump to loops to get it. I did reserved for another night in a different room and had everything I needed.

I liked that it was near the Citadel mall. I enjoyed the breakfast buffett. However, one of the elevators was not working and this caused a lot of inconvenience not only for us, but also other guests we spoke with.

The property was ok, but they allowed a group of "athletes and family" to sit in the pool area drinking and having kids running like hell. It was not possible to enjoy, they run out of pool towels and breakfast was terribly cold.

The hotel is good and the staf are nicely and helpful 10/10. But, the windows of the pool and dinner room are too foggy and the plants are unkempt, and the housekeeping isn't very good either. I think it's a bit neglected, even though it's a nice hotel!

Stay away from this hotel, on the first day my pillows had boot prints on them. When I requested for them to be changed the cleaning lady acted shocked when I told her I needed them changed. She asked if I actually needed them all of them changed, I said yes. She said it was a lot of pillows to change. My towels didn’t get changed either. Staff is really loud even when it’s 6AM in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in. Clerk refused to give me two cards when I asked for two keys, until a different employee stepped in. Food is also awful, I ordered room service and the food was undercooked, cold, and tasteless. Elevator is slow and was out of service a few times during my stay. The 6th floor has a weird smell, it’s very strong and stinky. I would not stay at this hotel again. If possible id give it 0 stars.
