"Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice."

It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. Breakfast in Seasalt was fabulous & Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were also impressed to see a young man with special needs working there. "The rooms were decently clean, although there was something left in the freezer, which was in a bag. Probably from the previous guest.. should’ve taken that out. But all in all was great. Staff super friendly especially Nicole, very accommodating, she checked us in. Breakfast was good but not excellent, our poached eggs were unfortunately overcooked, like boiled eggs… but staffs super nice and friendly. Service was excellent!"

"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
