Quarto bem amplo, banheiro espaçoso, bem limpo, smart tv com muitos canais e bom estacionamento com funcionário em permanência. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e é muito bom. O serviço da equipe também é ótimo. Como sugestões de melhoria alerto que a tomada dos pés da cama do quarto 305 não funciona e é larga para o carregador de celular, o estofado do sofá estava em mau estado, as opções de iluminação do quarto e banheiro podem melhorar tal como o método de abrir e fechar a porta pois é ruidoso e a chave não entra com facilidade na parte interna do quarto.

Tantas coisas ruins que não sei por onde começo. Com a excessão de apenas um dos funcionário que tive contato, todos os demais foram extremamente grosseiros e rudes, parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor e que estavam nitidamente incomodados. Na minha chegada eu estava cheio de malas pesadas e nem sequer me ofereceram o carrinho de bagagem, não estou dizendo se oferecer para carregar nem nada, simplesmente não oferecer o carrinho que estava LIVRE, só viraram as costas e ficaram conversando como se eu nem estivesse ali. Outro ponto é a limpeza dos quartos que parece que não é feita a muito tempo, quarto sujo, banheiro cheio de pelos e cabelos para todos os lados, uma nojeira sem fim. O café da manhã é ok, nada a reclamar mas também nada a elogiar. A localização é boa, perto de mercados e farmácia e algumas lanchonetes. Enfim, acredito que esta tenha sido a minha pior experiência com um hotel, não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo

Precisei buscar um lugar pra ficar as pressas e lá foi o único lugar disponível na cidade. O quarto é bom, mas deixa a desejar. A cama é baixa e o ar condicionado não dá vasão em dias mais quentes. O chuveiro é ótimo, a água está sempre na temperatura exata! Senti falta de roupas de cama mais confortais, toalhas felpudinhas e travesseiros mais confortáveis e com mais cara de hotel. No geral foi uma experiência agradável e na média.

O hotel apresenta bom custo e localização, porém deixou a dever em conforto. A cama e o travesseiro (um por pessoa) são pouco maleáveis. O café da manhã tem bastante opções, incluindo frutas, sucos e pães. Não conseguimos adiantar nosso checkin para 11:30 am. Os atendentes e todos os funcionários são muito gentis
