"Room. It ready when we came. They told us to go to the exec lounge for an hour. Room still not available. Then in order to get a room we had to downgrade or upgrade for more money per night. Otherwise staff was nice. Restaurant cooks were terrible. Exec lounge was nice. "

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"This hotel is currently under renovation/construction which we were not aware of. So while missing a bit of ambience, the staff more than made up for the awkwardness caused by the lack of lobby space - including always being available to carry bags up and down a couple steps and cater to the club services such as food and beverages. The lack of a concierge was something we missed with this being our first time in London and staying at this location. The rooms were standard and the bathroom...
