"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"

"Communal areas very run down and need of repair . Few broken locks on the showers and toilet cubicles . Carpet in hall way areas , tired , ripped up and tattered . Quite smelly and odours in communal areas . Other guests smoking weed and being loud. Fridge looks unclean and was leaking out milk all over carpet by my room door , and the floor was soaking wet . I brought this up with staff but they did not clean the big milk stain on the carpet or attempt to dry the floor or investigate why...

"I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. I can't be #profanityerased# to pay double for something a little bit pretty. It's a decent bed, clean enough, awesome location. On the management side was awful. I booked the day before and I had to get Expedia involved the night before travelling at 10pm because I didn't have the exact address, codes for access and the necessary...
