Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. "We were very early to check-in and just wanted to leave our bags we were offered an early check-in if we accepted an upgrade at a price, we were under no time pressure so declined to upgrade but we were then immediately checked in and given our rooms, I didn't like that as it suggested the hotel were trying to get more money out of us, a little thing but left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that although the room was very small it was OK, nothing special but OK."

"Nice hotel. Extremely convenient location. Close to train, coach and underground stations. Also near Buckingham Palace and other local attractions. Very helpful staff and a decent daily breakfast. Beware the small beds and train noise!"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2021. To be honest, everything in our room was worn stained and falling apart in places, the phone didn’t work, the heat and air-conditioning didn’t work We put a hanger on our door to order breakfast and it was collected but didn’t arrive. "Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "
