There were many nearby dining options and a grocery store across the street. The Metro was only 2 blocks away. The apartment was spacious and the terrace was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, well-managed property in good location

Pluses: Spacious; good location away from tourist fray but walkable to plenty of restaurants, Gracia area, etc., and very close to subway stop; loved having 2 bathrooms; good, responsive, helpful management. Minuses: could have used instructions on how to use microwave and laundry; laundry was only a washer, not washer-dryer combo; check-in instructions rather confusion so be sure to email property for clarification.

If your arrival does not fit the options and schedule provided by the property operator, you will live your worst nightmare... Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... Like any 21st century property, they do not have access control boxes that allow guests to access the property during overtime hours if they do not have staff to assist them.,,NEVER AGAIN

The place was spacious for family of 5 for 2/2 apartment. WiFi was great. The place was super clean. Good value. However, we stayed in the 1st floor by the street so the apartment was noisy. The self check in after hours process was stressful and tedious, as the key can be in another location apartment. It was difficult to understand this process. It requires me to submit all passport, sign contact, pay the apparent and put in a deposit. I wished this information was laid out with Expedia before I book it. Although they respond to email, it wasn’t clear. I had to exchange emails several times. Additionally they wouldn’t give you the check in instructions u til 24 before check in. Basically I flew out of SFO, not knowing where to check in and how to check in. Lots of emails wa tedious and the process was stressful. If I knew, I wouldn’t have book this property. Although the place was spacious, I wouldn’t book it again. I rather pay a little more to have a better and personal check in experience.

Spacious flat for family

This was an amazing property to stay at. We loved the size, the decor, the amenities and of course, the walkability of the area. There is an amazing grocery street across from the apartment which we loved visiting. Cabs are continually on the street out front and economical to ride. We actually went to a football match at Camp Nou and were even able to walk back to the apartment. We walked to the main shopping area almost everyday and it was pleasant experience. The apartment has everything you could ask for, including a washing machine, and we utilized it continuously. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

We spent one night in this property and had a terrible experience. We had a rental car and we drove to the Sagrada Familia and parked in a covered parking garage, but once we left the garage someone broke one of the car glass and stole all our luggage, this person was following us since we left the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, I don’t trust them.

The shower wasn’t functioning, 1st day water was spilling all over the floor from the shower and we had to clean the floor with the towels, when asked for extra towels they sent a $$$$. Next 2 days had to settle with cold showers, the 1st thing of the day cold shower ruined the morning (especially for kids). I would definitely not stay here again.

Los apartamentos muy amplios con todas las comodidades que siempre tiene un departamento, hay dos cosas que no me convencen mucho, una de ellas es que el check in lo tienes que hacer a algunas cuadras de la ubicación y la segunda es que solicitan que juntes tu basura y la saques del apartamento.

Bra boende mitt i city!

Bra boende och väldigt bra läge i Barcelona. Allt finns utanför och väldigt mysigt. Mycket nöjda men kan säkerligen förenklas lite gällande nyckelhantering och onödig deposition.

Appartamento bello a prima vista ma pieno di difetti. Lampadine non funzionanti, tapparelle che non si chiudevano, finestre vecchie che non chiudevano bene e rumorose, perdita di acqua nel wc. Pur chiamamdo la struttura non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza per questi difetti. Ps. Prezzo enormemente alto rispetto all'offerta.

Fin lejlighed

En fin, ren og centralt beliggende lejlighed, men med en del støj fra gaden. Vinduer kunne være bedre isolerende mod gadestøj. Desværre var der et par negative oplevelser. For det første er det besværligt kun at kommunikere med udlejer over telefon. En mailadresse til udlejer bør forefindes. Som det andet stemte tider og steder for udlevering af nøgle ikke med virkeligheden. Til sidst er det en fantastisk idé med de mest benyttede fornødenheder (sukker, te, salt, klude, opvaskemiddel etc.) i en lille pose, men ærgerligt at opdage at olien er 4 måneder over sidste anvendelsesdato.
