Nice pool and jacuzzi on roof terrace for relaxation. It's not very big but it does the job. Easy walk to Hospital Clinic metro station, and a range of buses also stop nearby, so ever though it's a little out from the centre, it's easy to get to everywhere.

Few minor temporary issues (lift not working/entrance to the Junior building out of action) but largely ok, nice breakfast, helpful staff, rooms clean if a little basic. Good hotel for a short/busy trip when you’re going to be out most of the day and night.

Well located hotel with good access to public transport. The property is clean and well maintained. My concern is mostly with three air conditioning not working. It’s was not very hot during our stay outside but the temperature in our room was rising to almost 24 DegC over night. i can’t imagine what happens during summer there. I do not know if the air conditioning was just turned off or simply is not working.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and also spoke pretty good English. However during my stay my room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken and it was more than floor flights of steps to go up especially since you had to go down to -1 before even starting to go up to floor 4. This was incredibly difficult.

The location was good, near restaurants and stores. Although the room was quite small, it was manageable. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool area. We also paid for the breakfast which offered a variety of foods. If you pay forore than 1 breakfast you get a discount. The facility was very clean.

We booked two rooms and both were in excellent condition. Very boutique and cute. Clean. Quiet, thank goodness. My room (shared with my husband) had zero issues. The other room, the TV would not turn on. Staff was very very nice and accommodating, so they changed their rooms. Next room TV still didn’t work. We decided to leave it alone. Check that all of the things in the room work before you make yourself comfortable! Ps we loved the coffee/tea kettle in the room. Getting to Petit Junior from Petit Aston was somewhat of a maze we got used to on the 3rd day. They’ll explain it. No issues other than having to walk a lot to get to our rooms. Now the breakfast buffet was great with one exception. The hot food was pretty cold and we found there was a microwave tucked in a corner on the last day. If the hot food was hot, they would get a 10/10!!! But great selection of hot foods, cold foods, charcuterie, coffees, breads, juices, fruits. Amazing selection. The rooftop has an OK sized pool, beware the water is cold. My mother did not enter the pool. The jacuzzi is luke warm unfortunately. I didn’t ask staff to increase the temp as we didn’t go back up after the first time. Staff was very very accommodating to our requests and complaints (although we don’t complain much) so we thank them so much. Would stay here again as location is great and we did sleep well. Other hotels have paper thin walls. This one was very quiet. We felt safe walking late at night.

Excellent customer service. Mum loved the buffet breakfast and all the different options. The way to the lifts was a bit tricky with the hallway and turns in the beginning but sorted out after a few days. The pool was lovely and the spa was just spot on. The room was very comfortable and the room service was always very good and very affordable. 100% recommended

Reasonable price

It was a pretty good service with polite staff. The rooms need a small maintenance renovation with additional connectors, but anyway, the price was reasonable.

I paid a lot for the room, which was approx 250€. A bit of a cold dark room which I had to take multiple elivators to get to. However, i spent most of the day on the pool and this was actually quite nice... Without the pool I would have given a much lower rating

Not a good value for your money.

Badly overpriced. Hostal type property that charges 3-4 star prices. Not a good value for your money. On the positive side: the room was clean, bathroom was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good but too pricey. On the negative side: The person on the front desk was not friendly or helpful. She gave us some headache with the check in. Also she didn't show us to our room, which was pretty hard to find since it was located in the different building. Room was very small, weirdly shaped and uncomfortable.
