Decent hotel. We stayed in a premium room with a balcony facing the marina. Unit was nice, very comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little strange. One wall of the bathroom was glass, with only a very translucent retractable window shade. I suppose it is ok to watch someone shower, but for other activities I prefer the option of a little privacy. Call me modest! Included breakfast was OK. Decent selection but the eggs sat out all morning and were cold a a little gross. The area is ok. Kind of a small but busy beach area with a few tapas restaurants, surrounded by an industrial and residential suburb. Nice if you live in the area, but not a great 'destination' spot. Took a day trip to Girona (about 1.25 hour away) which was great.

We loved this property. It’s not by the tourist areas but it is by a lot of restaurants that are amazing! It’s also right by a grocery store and I’m sure when it’s hotter you can book a boat ride. It’s right by the pier. The drive to the tourist areas isn’t far though. The food at the restaurant was soooo good. We went to the spa and enjoyed the pool. That was amazing. The room is very spacious and I love the shower. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. We’d definitely come back.

i was suppose to stay in barsalona not Badalona i was shocked to see that but is to late now also britsh aie charge me for my luggage leving sandiego 170 dollars comming back the same i asked why they charch me to money they said because i got a good deal for the flights also the food on the plain is the worst united and delta they never charge for bags

Stayed at the Hotel Marina Badalona for a week with a family of four (kids 14, 15) and loved the hotel stay. Prices were good enough that we could reserve two rooms, giving us plenty of space. Hotel staff made sure we had adjoining rooms with ocean views, and quickly managed confusion over whether our rates included breakfast (Expedia can be confusing on this, so be sure to check and have your email receipt available). Staff made it work for us even though it wasnt supposed to be included, with no fuss. Hotel was immaculately clean with professional, friendly staff, from the concierge to wait staff to cleaning crew. Area is lovely with great seafood/tapas places along the beach, hours of walking in a fun part of town, and a short walk to Metro/L2 station Pep Ventura for the half-hour ride into the city. Hotel restaurant was solid with excellent local dishes, mouthwatering desserts, and excellent cocktails and lattes. Our low-key day hanging around the hotel and exploring Badalona was the highlight of our whole trip. Thanks for the hospitality - will definitely come back!

Lovely property, close to beach, staff super helpful on reception. Bar understaffed and service somewhat slow. Rooms are in perfect condition, cleaned to a high standard and have a nice view. Disappointing that the gym hours are in line with the spa, therefore not opening until 9am- not ideal.

The manager and all staff are very rude! One staff came yelling at me saying we smoke in the property. At the check out, the staff lock me outside and my husband inside, saying we will run away without paying!!! What??? They have 2 of my credit cards, why will we run away ?? Anyways, I want my money back because they ruined our vacation. The bed is very unsafe, very weak and not quality at all. They don’t have professionals and they are not professional. Very very rude people, it is unfortunate bc the hotel is new, but the staff is very very rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed and I will call Expedia, Amex, everyone to complain about HOTEL MARINA BADALONA

The Hotel was amazing, the room was perfect, we had a premier room. I had an opportunity to see a basic room, which was also just as good as a premier room, just smaller in size with a few minor differences, like the bathroom layout. The staff were all helpful, welcoming and friendly. The sun terrace on the 14th floor, has plenty of sun beds, a bar and an infinity pool. Only problem with the pool is, it's not heated. The Gym is included in the price of the stay, however the spa facilities is an additional charge of 20 Euro for 90 minutes, but worth every cent of it. The hydro pool was absolutely amazing. Have already recommended and will return as soon as I get the opportunity. *****

Did book for a full sea view, but got one with a partial sea view. No direct access from parking basement to elevator to the floors. Liked the roof pool with view to the sea. Also, they accommodated my request and gave us a room with a bath tub.

The hotel is a beautiful space off the beaten path, but not far removed from popular points of interest.The sunrise and sunset views from the room as well as the rooftop are stunning! The breakfast buffet was full of fresh variety as well. I'm glad I had the opportunity to stay here.

Amazing views to the harbor and the Mediterranean; beach right next to the hotel, grocery store and restaurants, as well. Subway station 10 min walk. Fantastic location and a beautiful facility.
