Hello First of all thanks for coming and staying in our hostel.We are happy that our team works well and assisted you ,we are sorry that you had a room withouit air condoitioner,but when you look for rooms in a search can choose this option with air or wthout airconditioning system,as the prices are various.We have aris conditioner in the corridor that gives fresh air to our rooms.auyway thanks for leaving you scores and comments Best Regards

Hello Dear Guest,first of all thanks for coming, staying and leaving us your evaluation and comments.We appriciate it.We are sorry that you haven't informed us that the ceiling fan wasn't working or wasn't enough for you to sleep at night as we have floor fans as well that we could organize that way to give you possibility to enjoy your stay.It is true the shared bathrooms are equipped with souap but not shower gel or shampoo.We check-ed and it wasn,t included in your reservation,but probably you didn't check what you reserved and what was included.,anyway Thanks and next time just cpommunicate with reception and we are responsible to solve any kind of problem misunderstanding can occur. We are surprised by your comment and we are saddened by what happened. Although we understand that you can not rate your stay with us because you have not stayed at our hostel. We understand that your frustration for not returning the amount of your reservation when you have requested it has caused your anger and therefore your score. But you have to understand that your reservation is non-refundable and that the problems you had on your trip that were apart from us and that motivated you to change your accommodation, we unfortunately can not accept it. Thank you very much for your comment and good score! We are happy that your stay at Hostal MiMi has been to your liking. We love being able to offer a more private bathroom with less use of rooms and thus the cleaning is greater. It is very convenient to have it next to the room just two steps away. When availability allows, we make the shared bathroom more private and reduce the number of guests. I hope we can see you another time !! :-)

Hello Dear Vale First of all thanks for your comments and evaluation,we appriciate it,As the hostel is located in one of the famous streets in Barcelona ,there is a street noise especially week-ends.We have ear pads in every room just in case at night some guests leave the door of a balcony open and the street noise enter in the room. We help the client to find another hotel due the fact that our Hostal was totally booked and tried to find a solution. NEVER did the Hostal say that we were too busy to help the customer.
