Les + c'est la tranquillité, la disponibilité du gérant, les serviettes de plage. Les - La fenêtre qui donne sur l'extérieur ne se ferme pas, la télévision fonctionne quand elle veut. Surtout à conserver le reçu où la taxe indique payée ou pas comme preuve pour le gérant ...!
