Great great staff Roberto on the front desk made our stay an absolute pleasure. Great English helpful and a delightful character. Everyone we interacted with on the front desk were amazing . The rooms are spotless and great house keeping. Recommend the breakfast and it’s affordable compared with trying to find the right meal in the morning in an unfamiliar neighbourhood. .

Buena opción en barrio residencial

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un barrio residencial lejos de la zona turística pero con acceso a esta por medio de metro entre otros. No es muy grande pero es cómodo. Fácil acceso a la Universidad de la Salle. La comida del restaurante es espectacular, probé un plato diario y todos muy ricos. El servicio de restaurante es solo hasta 10 pm, tal vez podría tener algunas opciones para room Service después de las 10 pm.

When the taxi dropped us off on the narrow street we were surprised when we walked into a beautiful lobby and with very helpful and gracious staff. We were sorry we didn’t have enough time to use the pool. The hotel has it all snd the price was right.

I loved it, the staff was so friendly & helpful, extremely kind with my son, the room was clean and nice, only thing was limited options at breakfast but the omlette bar was a nice touch. We loved our stay, the pool was really fun great view and able to have drinks delivered to you

Overall, the hotel was nice but we had significant isolated incidents. Our shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom and a bit into the room itself. With 2 women at this time of month, wholly unsanitary. The deluxe triple’s third bed does not really fit and one of the guests in the party hit their shin so hard that it not only broke the skin but also caused a blood blister the length of the shin. Pretty sure there is a bone bruise. The air conditioning was inconsistent

Danke für die komfortablen Betten und die lieben Houskeeping Woman. Den Pool war für das gesamt Hotel einfach zu klein und zu wenig Liegenfläche ca. 15 Pers. und im Pool ist mit über 5 Personen recht eng. Sehr schade.

Fatal experiencia. Las habitaciones contiguas tenían una fiesta a las 3am, escuchando música a time y fumando weed. Al check out, uk carterista nos intentó robar el equipaje y los de recepción no se percataron. No hay seguridad de nada. La cama muy incómoda.
