Nice hotel but very hot
We stayed here Friday through Sunday nights. The hotel is in a business park fairly remote from anything else. The hotel undoubtedly serves people on business trips. The days we were there, there were very few guests, with only 10 cars in the parking lot. Because of this, it was extremely quiet at night. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, but we didn't eat at there. The seasonal pool was closed during our visit. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the hotel and our room were kept very clean. Even in January, the room was very hot. The air conditioning was not functioning, probably because the hotel turns it off in the winter. We were fortunate because we opened the window and were able to let cool air into the room. Another reviewer mentioned how hot it was in the summer. Because if this problem alone, we would only return to the hotel during the cooler months of the year.

GOOD - Quiet neighbourhood and room - Spacious room - Clean room and common areas - Kitchenette in room - Recycling bin under sink in kitchenette - Good quality pillows and duvets - Food selection for breakfast is good (but always the same) - Good quality coffee machine for breakfast - Free parking - Tesla charging stations nearby - Friendly and helpful staff BAD - Property is in the middle of nowhere (nothing is within walking distance) - Stale air and smell in hallway - No tissues supplied for room - Unreliable and slow WiFi in room - USB chargers in room didn't work - Mattresses are too soft - Very small TV (35") - No coffee machine in kitchenette - No shower curtain, so plenty of water spilling out to rest of bathroom - when taking shower - No shower caddie, so it's tricky to use shower gel and shampoo, and not possible to use your own supplies - No fan in bathroom, everything is dripping from moisture after taking shower - Cheap toilet paper supplied - Fresh bathroom supplies are sometimes forgotten by cleaning staff - Not enough rack space to hang all towels in bathroom - Restaurant food is often not hot enough, sometimes even cold

Great place to stay!
Unfortunately, the place was a bit far from the city center. Good thing is that, it’s accessible via the metro. :) The place, on the other hand, is superb! It was clean! Our room was spacious and everything we needed was there! The pool was another thing to love! Overall, still a great hotel!

The receptionists were super friendly and nice. I didn't like the fact that there was no dinner on Saturday night. Overall, my stay at the Site was wonderful.

When we arrived it was lovely we checked in said our room would be a little while so we went next door to the restaurant which was lovely we had a few drinks and then headed back to see if our room was available , told us about the facilities the nearest train station etc said that there was unlimited coffee available etc etc and a restaurant next door .. we had a nice meal in the restaurant Thursday evening and a few drinks same Friday .. came to Saturday woke to drilling down the corridor headed out to find the refreshment and snacks bar was being worked on and nothing not even water was available today .. even in 35degree heat. Went next door for breakfast at the restaurant and then headed to the pool .. In the afternoon about 2 we headed over to the restaurant and it was shut , we spoke with reception who advised us that it shuts at weekends only opens for breakfast . I was angry at this point not only couldn't we use the snack bar but we couldn't get a meal or drinks all weekend unless we used the mini bar in our room which didn't have anything in there that didn't cost over the odds .. they had a microwave in the room but no plates or cutlery to be able to eat anything .. we had to walk miles to find anywhere near by but nothing unless you wanted to walk on the motorway or pay extortionate amount of money for a taxi . We walked to eventually get to the train station to go to the next town to stock up.awful if you want a relaxing weekend false advertisement on your site

The hotel advertises a restaurant & bar this is only open up until 11pm for drinks food is only available after 8pm during the week. The restaurant & bar is closed after breakfast weekends with no access to the terrace. We spent more time visiting another hotel for food & drinks with friends.

We fled the heat down south and stayed in this hotel because it had a pool and because it says the rooms have air conditioning. The pool was great. Kids loved it. It was well shaded in morning and evening. Salt water instead of chlorinated. We really liked our time relaxing in the pool. But the room was roasting hot (they left the shades open all day in full sun before we arrived), and the air conditioning only works in the separate seating area. The bedroom, which is separate, has a vent, but no air coming out of it. Even with the door open, the air conditioning did not cool the room. When we checked out, the employee asked how we found the room, and we mentioned the warmth in the bedroom, and she said, "Because the bedrooms don't have air conditioning. Only the salon (seating area)." If this had been made clear on the listing, we would not have booked here, and we won't book here again. This was not as advertised, and we had a terrible night's sleep in a hot room. We're very dissatisfied with the experience.

Budget Hotel in Remote Area of Sant Cugat
When landed in Barcelona I came to know that the name Bluebay Hotel Barcelona Sant Cugat is misleading name because Sant Cugat is a different city about 26 kilometer from Barcelona So adding Barcelona in name is misleading. This hotel advertises as 4 star but it is actually a budget hotel. That you will notice right at the reception. 1 person serves the reception with no any other facility. We were so shocked that we had to ask where we are at the right hotel. I even wanted to cancel the reservation by calling Expedia but Hotel staff (Elicio) didn’t fulfill his promise to arrange cancellation for the next 3 nights. There was lack of co-ordination between day and night staff. The hotel is way too simple and can no way be called luxurious. The amenities like tennis had strange conditions. The hotel runs a restaurant nearby and offers foods (like fried Solomon fish with sweet saus). It was expensive and not tasty. The room is Ok and looked that we are staying at a budget hotel (imagine Ibis Budget hotel). Small working table, small bed and almost no other amenity. Comfort was not at all. Shower was half open and water overflows after every shower you take. There was a washbasin joined to a small kitchenette in the room and an unbranded microwave oven fitted above it. It was a great help in such remote area where you need to carry and warm small food items. The hotel reacted on my negative check-in experience and suggested to walk to the reception but it proved to be words only.

Hotel on the outskirts of Barcelona
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is located in the middle of an industrial park with not a soul in sight. The hotel is relatively new, but the bathroom was already repainted many times you can tell. Bathroom cleanness was not up to my standard, black mold in the shower area, and the toilet was wobbly. To offset that there were plenty of towels and shampoos/lotions, etc. The room was very specious and functional though. It actually consisted of 2 rooms, with a tiny kitchenette (sink and a mini fridge) but no utensils of any kind and a foldout sofa, and a separate bedroom. Because it is so remote there was no noise and we slept very well. The breakfast was extremely Spartan, we got there by 9:15 (it was supposed to be served till 10AM) and there were some meager scraps that, with very little selection and availability (eggs were gone, milk was gone, most of the fruit was gone). The good thing is that there is a small town nearby with a beautiful monetary, and couple of nice restaurants located in the center of the town. All in all we were there just to sleep and go to the airport so it served us well, but this would not be your hotel to visit Barcelona, way too far from it.
