"Front staff was very friendly, we explained to them that our flights were delayed/ canceled and Asked if we could just get a room immediately instead of waiting for normal check in time and they helped without hesitation and gave us a room that was ready so we can freshen up and settle in. Staff was friendly when needing an iron. Hotel was in a great location. Center of everything not too far walking. Train station is just outside as well. I highly recommend this property and will stay again if I ever come back to Barcelona !"
