Lovely and clean. It had everything we needed . Walking distance to lots of sightseeing. 4 minute walk to the metro station. It had infloor heating and radiant heat so it was easy to control the temperature in the unit. We are definitely going to come back and stay here

Spacious and clean apartment

The apartment came as matched with the viewed photo. We booked 2 Bed rooms and 2 bath rooms which was spacious. It's location was accessible by Metro within 8 minutes and walkable to the attractions nearby.

It’s a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen. There are 6 beds including the sofa bed. Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 5 nights. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the area. Taxi to sagarda familia is around 10 Euros. Quiet area a bit off the busiest streets. Air conditioning is on whole day so whenever we come back, it’s always nice and cool. Beds are comfortable. It’s not sparkling new but acceptable condition.

The location was good and close to shopping, restaurants and cafes, but further away from Sagrada FAMÍLIA than expected. The check-in was a problem and getting in the front door was an issue using the code via phone/google site. The bed was too hard, there was no plug for the sink and the TV was smaller than a standard computer screen.

Very good apartment , great location

I really loved how big is the apartment , and the location was great , 15 min walk from sagrada familia and about 7 minutes walk to park cuitdella and arc de trimouph , and from there 10 minutes to rambla , we didnt use ober or mitro at all. I really recommend it to people who does not care to come back to the hotel and find the room ordered and they can manage to do that there self . Note : we staied there the first 4 days of our trip and we like it so we extended our stay Bed was not so comfortable , and note for couples : it squeaks :)

The AinB Sagrada Familia Apartment was a great introduction to Barcelona! The apartment we chose had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and fitted with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and dishes - it even had a clothes washer! The apartment is in an excellent location just 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and about a 30 minute walk to Park Guell. The area has good restaurants and a grocery store across the road. You need a Smartphone for this location as it is your access to the building and apartment via special codes. Support about the apartment is just a text away or by phone call from the phone provided in the front entrance area.

It was ok.....

The apartment is good. Well located. First problem was with the check in. We arrived around noon. They booked us a shuttle. That was nice. But they didnt tell us we would have to wait until 3 pm to get into the room. We met the cleaning crew. And they told us that the room was ready, around 2 pm. But we tried to ask to get into thw room before 3 pm.l, and the manager didn't let us. Apart from that. The kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were ok. But were to hot. We couldn't control the temperature. We've tried to turn the heaters off. It didn't work.... it was like 70F inside!!!!! Also, before we left the company told us that we have to leave the dishes washed. Take the trash out... even paying the cleaning fee..... Not very friendly.
