"The rooms are very small with limited walking space. The location is very accessible within walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral and tube stations to downtown and the airport. It is value for money in terms of location. Self service laundry is available."

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"Rooms are tiny but well designed. A little hard if you have a lot of luggage. Only opened 2 months when we were there and the digital check in was a bit rocky. Otherwise, great location and very clean and modern. "
