"The room was very nice, a large space, and was in a very quiet area, with transportation close nearby. Easy walking to more "local" spots (out of the city center). The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

"The location couldn’t be better, right across from the Medici Palace and within walking distance of all the main galleries and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the painting on the wall added a really unique touch. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of Florence."

"We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended. "
