"Frankly, this was my worst hotel experience ever, in terms of expectations versus reality. I’ve stayed in many crummy hotels, that I expected to be crummy. And stayed in many excellent hotels, that I expected to be excellent. Never have I stayed at a hotel that I expected to be excellent, but turned out to be very crummy!

"I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from.
The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim."
