"The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression.

"The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building.
I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner.
