"Avoid this place at all costs. It will not make your experience in Hot Springs a good one. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. The owners live onsite and stand at the end of the building watching you check into your room. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom as described. Rooms smell strong of chemicals. We had to leave it was so awful. Happy Hollow right downtown was amazing and no pet fees!"

"Loved that Derby Inn was pet friendly, clean and secure. Also the fact that it was close to Oaklawn and Bathhouse row as well as central to pretty much everything Hot Springs has to offer. I would definitely stay here again."

"There were ants in the kitchen and on the dishes as well as hair on the wall in the bathroom and it smelled like an old apartment instead of a fresh areas which could solely be because the age of the property other than that it was nice."
