Lovely place in exotic area
Good location to explore china district, very helpful staff, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere. And the most unexpected- comfortable special space for your time between check-out and flight. Definitely, worth to recommend.

I had a great stay before starting a tour departing from the hotel. The hotel itself is great value, the staff are lovely and it has good facilities but the area around it isn’t the best. It’s quite far from the main areas and I wouldn’t feel safe alone at night, however, there are nice restaurants, bars, cafes temples etc. within a 10-15 walk.

Property is OK, very old, small rooms and lack of electrical outlets and bathroom amenities. But if one likes low rate hotel and in Chinatown, then may be ok for them.

Hip-modern property, well-kept with a motorcycle theme (not my thing). I stayed there to do laundry, which was much appreciated, and was an easy walk to the scene in Chinatown.

Great little place stay over for one or two nights to see Chinatown, awesome Harley Davidson collection in the hotel. Staff is very nice hotels in a good area to get around. Hotel room small but clean.

Second time staying in this place, basically just because it's so cheap and close to the train. The area is pretty bad with not much to eat, dirty streets and a lot of hookers. But the hotel itself has been really well refurbished and is quite clean. There are some nice cafes but they're a bit expensive by Bangkok standards. The rooms are nice but the way they've... designed? The showers means that the room gets flooded every time you shower. The staff also gave us only one small roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay and when we called in the morning to get more it took them until 4pm to replace it.

The room that I stayed in was noisy as it was in front of the sitting area where the coffee and tea facilities are. Other hotel guests were not considerate n were talking very loud. Hotel is situated in a nosiy road and during the night it can be very nosiy. My family who is staying in the room facing the road couldn't sleep well.

Best hotel in 22nd of July's Roundabout
Great spacious room for 3 persons. Cleanliness was over our expectation. But outside the hotel was quite scared us, as we got sudden attacked by a stranger asking for money as we were stepping out from hotel entrance.

A really funky hotel which had an amazing atrium interior as well as a huge roof garden. The hotel also offered laundry facilities and a coffee bar as well as pool table in a relaxation area on the 2nd floor

Stylish and new hotel
The hotel appears to be newly refurbished/renovated and everything looks pretty new. Overall it's quite clean and comfortable, and the lounge is relaxing and spacious. We didn't have much noise from the other guests or outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful to us. Like some other places in South East Asia, the drains in the bathroom quickly started to reek of sewerage. I don't think the housekeeping staff clean them, or if there's anything they could do to stop the terrible stench. It stinks up the whole room. I also found the raised edge of the shower to be quite dangerous as a tripping hazard, as well as the corner tiles sticking out unevenly and therefore they're pretty sharp. The area is pretty close to the train station and Chinatown. There aren't many other restaurants in the area, but there are some small cafes. It's not a very clean area and there are a lot of hookers just on the street of the hotel for some reason, which wasn't a huge issue for us but might be if you're travelling with kids.

The family room is spacious and clean. Toilet is slightly small. The hallway has no ventilation. But overall is a good stay and this hotel is close to chinatown, is accessible.

I rarely leave a review of a hotel, but this place is exceptional! I would heartily recommend staying for anyone in Bangkok especially with any interest in Chinatown. Great facilities, excellent service. Very clean. However, Chinatown can be quite dirty and colorful if you're uneasy about that sort of thing. However it's quite different from the rest of Bangkok and that makes it interesting!
