I would say it was not what i expected, it is more of a hostel instead if hotel. I end up booking another hotel and paid again. The front desk at the time was sympathetic and for that I sppreciated it.

Not an ideal location although the walk to Baiyoke is not too long. Rather confusing walk towards the hotel and the lanes gets rather dark and can be intimidating. Room has a strong smell. Toilet ventilation is noisy. Door is creaky. Toothbrushes not provided. Bottled water provided only for day1. Housekeeping/bedsheets and towels will be change only after 3nights. Room cleaning only every 2days. Toilet rule is DO NOT THROW toilet paper into toilet bowl. Water dispenser provided at the lobby has a strange taste. No toilet available at the lobby. Upon check out, no staff was around. Many luggages can be seen left in the lobby. Not secured and that anyone can walk in to take them away.

We just loved every minute of our visit. The apartment is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. It made our stay on Bangkok even better than we could have hoped for.

This place is very nice! Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok. The room was quiet, clean and very cozy. Nicely furnished. Check-in was super easy.

I booked this hotel more than half a year ago because of the good reviews, which I think the good reviews were from the stays before covid as the hotel was still new and in good condition. I slowly started to see many bad reviews coming in after my booking. But I couldn’t cancel it due to non-cancellation policy. So our group just hoped that we shouldn’t be so unlucky to encounter a bad experience. I booked a junior suite with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 5 adults which I assumed Expedia or the hotel would charge accordingly based on the numbers of people and got basic amenities for 5 people. I also double confirmed with them through WhatsApp but hotel didn’t mention any extra charges for the 5th person. When we realised that short of one blanket and towel, we requested from the receptionist, the girl just replied me ….. my manager says…my manager says……they charged 200 baht for the blanket. I then WhatsApp to the manager, he/she replied that I can request but they can don’t accept. He/she said that other customers paid their room with extra person but our room didn’t. What a ridiculous explanation. I booked for 5 persons yet you just charged for 4. We decided not to argue further to spoil our holidays. One of us just used few of the towels as a blanket for 5 nights as all of us brought our own towels. The floor are very dirty, got to wear shoes in the room. No housekeeping unless you request for every 2 days. We will not come back again.

I was charged too much ($170) for a room in a building that was poorly located (you have to walk around 20 minutes to reach a main street with options for food and shopping). Terrible noise insulation, so difficult to sleep when you hear the music and noises coming from the next room.

A very relaxing stay in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Pratunam A 5 minute walk will get you to the Phrayathai Station, The apartment is beautiful, and very much lives up to the photos. The family suite is so perfect when you come with the family. We will definitely come back again for sure, highly recommend for big group to book the family suite unit.

The hotel is located walking distance from the markets. Very good value for the $$ paid. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, downstairs area where breakfast is is clean. Breakfast is cereal, eggs, ham. There are some snacks and water available on the rooms and downstairs free.

Siam Nitra place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the Siam Square, MBK and Platunam Center. Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport BTS Rachatewi and Airport Train! The whole place made us feel at ease. Reception and Staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

This place is a gem! Location is quite good! in the heart of pratunam area. you can walk to most of the cities attractions within 5-20 minutes and several metro stops within 10 minutes. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable.Perfectly for a big group! The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that Nimit Boutique Hotel made sure that the apartment is very clean. For the price , I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

The pic is as per shown inside the Expedia. Pleasant stay for 5 days with family of 4 adults.. The room is spacious & clean. However, there is no wardrobe,maybe should have wall mounted hangers & also additional table/chair. The counter staffs(both ladies) are helpful & nice! Special thanks to Ms Goon who had assisted us in booking the Grab in midnight & instructed the driver in Thai to send both my bro & dad to A&E, really appreciate that.. :)

Close to the market to buy all the needs. However water flow of the shower is inadequate. If you will attend this issue I will come back to your property and also breakfast to be upgraded.

This is a relatively new hotel. Fantastic service from the friendly staff! The hotel provides free snacks, coffee and refreshments. You can also refill your water. We love the nice size rooms. My friends and I had a comfortable stay!

Absolutely fantastic value for a family of 5 adults. This place is very clean and is as good as it looks as per on the website. Beds are comfy and clean. There is a private rooftop terrace garden which is accessible from inside this apartment which was a great surprise. You can see some of surrounding building light up at night. While the location is hidden off the main street, once you find it, it's easy to get to. Hotel is walking distance to a few big shopping malls, the night markets and street food stalls, plus most of the popular fast food outlets such as, Maccas, Burger King and Starbucks. Highly recommend this place.

Hotel location is walk distance to shopping area and with 711 near the hotel location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful during our stay . Very new building and the facilities / room decor is very modern and spacious. Game boy and Bluetooth speaker can be found in our room. Only con is that the hotel name is not put up which make it hard to locate the hotel.

The hotel is very clean. Nearby Pratunam shopping. The staffs are very friendly and hopeful. The place is quiet, no noises. Breakfast is very basic, it's OK as we get what we paid for.

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations the minute I checked in - definitely a great place. the room are spakling clean, cozy and very comfortable. Location is great , 7-11 was 1min walk away, convenient street food just outside of the alleyway and Platinuum fashion mall 5mins walk away :) had an awesome time here””

Couldn’t have been better. Theme BOutique was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design), Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! . Would definitely stay here again!

Theme BOutique place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is perfect for a big family and friend who want to stay in the same charming room. It is very near the Tourist attraction (Pratunam Shopping district, Central World). The whole place made us feel at ease. Reception was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

i stayed this hotel with my wife, and wwe totally love the hotel. the hotel is so design and instragram, lot of photospot in the hotel. The room is also comfy and well design. we highly recommend this place
