It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very kind. I really enjoy the mattress, very comfortable! It is in a very quite place, with a little monastery nearby, but at the same time close to more busy areas with many dining options etc. Walking distance to Khaosan Road and to the river, where one can take the boat and go to many places. Raccomanded!

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Room. Has no window which they advertise. Fine for me. A few blocks from all the street vendors but nice and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

1. They didnt mentioned without window room. 2. Airconditioner too old(so I've got a sick) 3. Self make espresso at room, but housekeeping misunderstood and i made a smoking at room. And they charged me penalty. My smoking evidences are "coffee beans" and accused that coffee beans are cigarettes ashes...

Location, comfort and value for money
Good location, lovely decor, comfy bed and pillows. Free tea coffee and water. Didn’t get any interaction with hotel staff. Would stay again.

This was my third stay at the Orchid House and I’ve been satisfied each time. The room is clean and comfortable with food amenities and is on a quiet street close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again on my next trip of Bangkok.

Very good place for the price. It is not very noisy. It is clean, comfy beds and cleaning service good as well. Position very good for Khaosan rd it is about 10 min walk. No receptionist after 22:00 but no problem at all because you have a tag to open the main entrance. I would stay again if in Bangkok. Taxi to the hotel from last stop of airport train is about 100 bahts.

-The room did NOT have windows, it's insane. -We did not have option to choose and got two single beds (not double, but it is written "One Double or Two Twin beds") -We prepaid breakfast, but it turned out that it does not have vegetarian options (there were 4 breakfast sets to choose from) and the only way to get food was to ask to not add meat (and we got nothing instead of it). Also, we did not get fruits for the first our breakfast there (what was supposed to be included)

Great hotel. A fair way from the airport, but close to the river for the river boat to get around. A few places locally to eat and drink too. Breakfast was good.

Quite place just ibaide the old city walls, everything within Chiang Mai is walkable from here. The owners were particularly nice, helpful and friendly people. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, breakfast was delicious ( Thai fried rice with egg for me was lovely), quality vs price was very good, the only thing that I didn’t like was the toilet in the shower , but that is so popular in Thailand 🤗

I picked this hotel based on reviews and area. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was on the 2nd floor, no elevators so you do have to carry your luggage up flights. The air conditioner worked great, our room was nice and cold. Room was small but fits 2 people great. They offer a safe and a robe in the closet and shampoo, soap, toothbrushes. There is a refrigerator, you can have 2 free waters a day. WiFi worked great. It’s a short 10 min walk to Khao San road which was great. A Lot of local food but I will say a little more expensive because of the tourism In this area. We used public transit a lot here, buses, metro, ferries, the grab app (taxis/private cars). This hotel is close to the water so it was easy to take the ferry down the river to Grand Palace, Wat Phra or China Town, 30 baht for 2 people. To Chatuchak Market we took the public bus to the metro, about 45 min or so, but an easy ride. Overall I think with the hustle and bustle of the city, I’m glad we had a quit area to come back to. For the price, I would def consider it :)

Tucked away but really nice
Was very surprised at how nice the room was. They hotel is tucked away on a side street and quiet. Bed was comfy. Shower good. Nice people. Recommended.

The best hospitality in Bangkok
I would definitely come back here for every time I visit Bangkok. The hotel has just opened for over a month, so literally there were no review or not much information while booked. But I still took risks and never regretted. Room is huge and great decoration. The staff are super helpful and professional. Every morning we were happy to have breakfast brought to room without any extra fee. They even asked me what type of foods we 'd like to eat, Thai style or English breaky. Staying here made my holiday completely amazing. Thank you so much to all staff at The Orchid House.

Personal muy amable. Los cuartos están pequeños s pero muy limpios y comodos. Aolo el Baño esta dentro de la regadera aupongo que por espacio. Muy bien ubicado del area de los templos y khaosan road. Lo recomiendo. Nos fue muy bien!!

헤어드라이기가 부족해서 3일내내 머리 못말렸구요. 은근히 카오산 로드에서 멀러서 저녁에 호텔 돌아갈때 귀찮았습니다. 어메니티도 칫솔조차 없고 이상한 바디워시랑 샴푸, 면봉 샤워캡이 다였구요, 사용했는데도 채워주지 않았어요. 엘리베이터 없어요.
