Right in the heart of the shopping area, markets and street food. Sky train a short walk away. Lovely staff especially reception staff who printed our tickets for our onward journey. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a super friendly receptionist which led us to our room and made sure we were good with everything before she left. stayed here for 3 nights, hotel location is near to the night markets, shopping malls eg. platinum, big C and central world. There are many convenience stores nearby as well. The room was well lighted, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to friends to stay at when they’re in bangkok and would personally come back here to stay as well. special thanks to Ms Areeya for going the extra mile to prepare a cake for us as it was one of our birthday.

Clean basic hotel
Rooms look absolutely nothing like in the pictures.. But Iver priced FIR what it us.. There is better hotels available

The Hotel and the Rooms could do with some Refurbishment but GREAT Vakue for Money close to the Main hub and the room had 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms and 2 TV's and a Longeroom inbetween the 2 Bedrooms and very Spacious we werer very Happy and we Plan to stay again

Worst ever stay in such hotel!
The hotel was way too old, and poorly maintained, lift was too small. Room was dirty, and too dark. Lighting was not sufficient.

DONT stay in this hotel
You can stay in this hotel IF you are OK with: 1. cockroaches running in the room 2. the terrible and ill manner receptionist 3. garbage smell in the room ( the hotel is beside the garbage place) 4. dirty bed (itchy during the sleep) 5. no hair dryer during your stay (the receptionist said they have only ONE hair dryer for the whole hotel)

Bad, air cond is hot, but good location
Staff is bad, no friendly. My room air cond is hot and ask them come to check, still not working, then they only let me change to another room.

I was looking for a budget room, and this one was great! It had a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable! I did not stay long, but I did not have any issues while there.

Good hotel with very bad receptionist in the morni
It was horrible . The moment you enter in the morning one ugly down syndrome creature treats you like dog. Least bother for the customer. As if she is the only commander for all the customer. But day time receptionist was nice and very professional. Overall Pl avoid this hotel if customer from outside Thailand. Worst experience with ugly receptionist who sits in the morning hour

worst hotet experience that i ever have!
20min walk to pratnum mall. We are being greeted with the hotel staffs who do not wear a smile on their faces. travel with family and children. being located family room on 2nd level where the hotel lift does not serve 2nd level. Have requested for hot water from the staff. the staff does not seem willing to provide. hence we have to self service. We have requested for airport shuttle which costs more than doubt (800baht) but the arrangement was delayed for more than 35min. when we prompted her what is the estimated arrival time. she asked to give her more 5min. eventually, she refunded and we have to look for own transport. because of that, we only managed to board on our plane to another country at the very last minute. Been to BKK for so many times, worst hotel.experience that i ever have!

Basic room with great location
Basic room. Close to the Airport link and walking distance to the shopping malls. Not too far from BTS. Staff was very pleasant and provided plenty of toilet paper and bottled water. Have stayed there in the past. By no means is it luxury, but does the job was a place to sleep.

Horrid hotel
It was bad. The hotel is next to a rubbish collection point. The staffs are very rude. Asked for extra money when we requested for extra towels. Smelly and small rooms. Peeling paint and dirty toilets. Located at the end of a 500m street. It's the worse hotel I have ever stayed.

This Hotel is very simple and it's need renovstion . IT is dirty and the room is very small and the bed Not that confortable .for a night you will survive . The breakfast was also very poor.

Location is good coz Baiyoke shopping area is just behind the hotel. Family room was spacious, but aircon was leaking. Toilet smell musty of garbage from drainage piping. Room service staff was helpful, but receptionist is way rude.

Overall bad experince for our stay.
Unfriendly & ruth receptionist encountered during our check-in on 15th Jan '16. We were assigned with a deluxe room on 5th floor and to be told that the lift elevator was down for maintenance work for two weeks period since 11th Jan. We were asked to use the staircase instead with the help of housekeeper managing our luggages to our room. No prior notice given to caution on this shortfall during our on line booking on 13th Jan. No other complimentary refreshment served in the room besides two bottle drinking waters. No hair dryer was avialable in the room and even upon requested. Wifi access is only limited to reception lobby area. Hotel was located at the end of the dead end street just next to a domestic waste collection yard and difficult to be found even by the local taxi driven. The taxi driver have to take a big round twice, call the reception and asked local peoplesthen only managed to find the hotel. The alley is a bit dark and deserted during the night with drinkers sat along the road side enjoying their beverages. Not suitable for those family & lady travellers. Good points are hotel location is strategic for food & shopping, reasonable room rate, room is quite spacious & clean, housekeeping staff are friendly.

Lovely staff and convenient shuttle to airport!
Staff were really friendly. The room perfectly clean. The let down the neighbourhood, difficult to get there, however, the amazing surprise was to find out the free of charge transfer to the airpot every hour was the best surprise (and not having to deal with taxi driver from Bangkok).

Hotel is good to stay in less price. Located very close to indra market and pratunam market. Bed was not comfortable as compared to other hotels. Indian restaurants are close by which was good. Most importantly the airport rail link that will drop you directly to Suvarnabhumi airport.
