Property is a budget small hotel but clean and modern inside.. The free shuttle from and to the airport worked well, nice polite and helpful driver.

There were no stairs. the front desk isn’t very helpful and my room was by the highway which was really loud. The air conditioner was right above the bed so it was very cold.

About a 15 minute drive from the airport but the free hotel shuttle makes it work. Easy to catch an early morning flight. This hotel is perfect for a layover.... quiet, dark and clean with comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

This is a small hotel being a Boutique Hotel. Suitable for an overnight stay. Shuttle service from the Airport was very efficient and the staff were very helpful.

The shuttle transfer was much appreciated and very quick pickup up! Check in was easy, which was very nice since we didn't get to the hotel until 0230. Everything was clean and very comfortable!

Close to airport was the biggest plus. Requested pickup at airport was a no-show until I called after 20 min wait. Ants all over the room. Very loud, plenty of empty rooms but given one overlooking the highway. Wifi never worked. Staff friendly though.

The value you recieve for what you pay at this hotel is phenomenal. We were especially impressed with the free shuttle service. We arrived in Bangkok late at night at 11:30 pm and were promptly picked up and had to leave just a few hours later at 6:30 am to go back to the airport. This was absolutely no problem. The room itself was clean and came with free water, bathroom amenities, a safe, and bath robes. The air conditioning worked well too. There is no elevator but a staff member brought our luggage up and down the stairs for us.

I stayed here one night as I was flying into and out of Bangkok. The shuttle service is very helpful and easy to use - I called after deplaning on a domestic flight, and they were there to pick me up in about 10 minutes. The hotel was very cute and clean, and there were decent street food carts around. Great pick for an airport hotel.

Loved the hotel, and found a great night market just a Songtel ride away. Only issue was how loud the traffic was at night, maybe the rooms off to the side are quieter, but the ones facing the road were brutal

Great transportation to and from airport! Convenient location to airport and would definitely recommend for the price! Very nice staff! Bed is firm, as is 90+% of all thai hotels. Bathroom is all one room (yes some things get wet when showering), as is 90+% of all thai hotels. Food options are limited... But good! 7/11 is literally next door which is nice. Khun Art's Kitchen is a 3 min walk, open late, and serves excellent thai food and drinks at a fair thai price. Only complaint... Road noise. If you are used to city noise, you will be fine. If you live in the middle of nowhere and are used to silence, this hotel will have more noise than you are used to.

Around 15mins drive to rhe airport
Took around 15mins from the airport to this hotel... and there is no elevator in hotel, the driver help us to take our luggage to 3/F after checked in, very helpful and kind. The room is ok not bad, got everything you need. We never expect to hv a decent room with this price and we just stayed here for 8hrs. But one thing i need to mention is Free Transfer! Free transfer with this price really attractive!

The hotel room was in great condition and was very comfortable. Wifi worked well and the staff was great and ready to help with any of our needs. The only downside to this location is that you have to transit quite a bit to get to downtown Bangkok. But if you are okay navigating the sky train it is very doable.

Very convenient to the airport. The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. Rooms in front of hotel are noisy. There was a good Thai restaurant just 5 minutes walk down the street and a pizza place. 7 Eleven next door. Not much else within walking distance.

I only stayed one night couldn’t stay more , The crew was very helpful , they helped us in anyway they could even when my taxi was late they sent me in there shuttle to the airport. Because of them I didn’t miss my flight Depise the lack of the elevator , i didn’t mind taking the stairs to look at their very simple decoration of each floor yet beautiful And what’s best when u get to the reception U will forget the stair with their ice breaking smile The room clean the bed comfortable I liked the shower system I’m general worth to crash in But one weird thing , the taxi will have very hard time to find it

Relaxing luxury - for a price
Had an excellent short stay, in this pricey but luxurious facility. View= spectacular; Room= large, clean, luxurious. Food= delicious and inexpensive. Pool= beautiful, large, and stunning, but needed heat in the cooler weather we were having (about 25 degrees Celsius). Spa facility= first class. Having been made affordable by virtue of my Expedia Points, the whole experience was fantastic! Weather was cool and cloudy for some of the time, and we even had a little rain. Nonetheless, with the exception of the fact the pool was a little chilly, everything was really great. The the view from our private veranda - in fact from our whole room - was panorama of misty mountains. Mornings and late evenings were best. A spectrum of delight, both sight and sound. Would happily stay again.

Room was well sized with amenities, however did smell quite damp and the windows were directly out onto the main road and eye level with a pedestrian foot bridge, with no privacy net curtains etc. Overall, everything was functional, but a bit too noisy.

There is no divider for the shower.
The whole entire bathroom is wet when you try to shower. No shower divider. This is a basic bathroom accommodation. This should not be a hotel option unless the bathroom has been updated.

Stayed here because it was close to airport, collected us and returned us to airport with no hassle . Hotel was lovely, staff were excellent,room was fantastic, real value for money .Balcony was tiny but big enough to have a smoke which was all we required. Would stay here again without hesitation . Highly recommend

Upon arrival at BKK called the number provided and pick up was within 20 minutes (late evening) so that wasn't bad. Checkin was swift and the porter brought my bags up to the third floor for me (nice as there is no elevator). The hotel offers little in amenities, when I asked about morning breakfast I was referred to the 7/11 next door. Yes they offer breakfast in the hotel but I didn't try it, I went to the 7/11 for yogurt and pastries. Upon morning check out I called downstairs and they had a porter up in about 15 minutes as I didn't want to hurt myself lugging my bags down the stairs. Checkout was simple and the porter drove me back to the airport dropped me on the 1st level at gate 8 as I requested so I can catch my bus to Hua Hin. That also was nice. TV in the room was only basic cable with Thai channels, no premium services. Bed was comfortable. However the hotel is situated on a busy road and the road noise kept me awake all night so though the staff are accommodating The hotel itself is just blah. I think you could do better.

Nice convenient hotel near airport.
Arrived early morning-bit tired after overnight flight.Prompt pick up at airport by minibus. Staff organised for us to change, leaving our baggage in storage.Taxi into Bangkok was duly organised by them. Arrived back that evening-very helpful with luggage, big comfortable rooms, wet room for a bathroom-great. A bit noisy that night for sleeping purposes, but we were quite happy, gave us an experience of local Bangkok on a Saturday night.Simple but adequate breakfast.Prompt free transfer back to airport .

If need one night before take flight at the airport Suvarnabhumi is fine. But is so far from Don Mueang airport. Rooms are spotless, spacious and staff was very friendly. They have shuttle to airport Suvarnabhumi only. Very close to Suvarnabhumi but surroundings noy very good looking. 7eleven just next to the hotel. Word Boutique is not applicable.

Nice hotel close to the airport
We spent two nights at Phaphoom and very much enjoyed our stay. Our flight landed late into the evening so it close and convenient. We ended up staying a second night because we decided to fly to Krabi the next day. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a 711 located right next door and local Thai food and pizza a short walk down the street. We enjoyed our time at Phaphoom and would definitely stay again.

Good airport stay
This is a nice choice for an overnight stay near the airport. The neighborhood doesn't have much to recommend it, but the hotel staff does everything possible to make for a pleasant stay. The rooms are large, clean, and have comfortable beds. The basic but good breakfast is delivered to your room. You can buy small supplies at the adjacent 7-11 and there are some food vendors in front.

Convent Airport Location with Good Value
The staff was very welcoming even when we arrived at 3am. The hotel was clean and comfortable, a very good value for the money. There is nothing special about the neighborhood but the location puts you an easy (free) shuttle ride to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Clean very convenient near airport
Picked up from airport late night was so easy to communicate with hotel personal and to get picked up .. room was ready on arrival very clean , /all amenities were available ( tea , coffee , hot chocolate , water ) plus free breakfast. The bus was shel on time to drop me back to airport .

Very nice and comfortable 18 minutes from airport
This was my first stay here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly pleased once I arrived although it was 23:00 at night. Located right next door to a 24 hour 7-Eleven and two banks as well. I'm not sure about the neighborhood but it's quiet. We were on the 3rd floor sorry ,no elevator.....but the room was spacious, and modern and clean. I had a very early flight the next day ,so I had to miss out on the morning breakfast so no comment on that. Breakfast is served at 7A.M so plan accordingly. The airport shuttle driver and desk clerk were friendly and helpful with our baggage. The T.V. had more English stations than other hotels Iv'e stay in.In room coffee service available. Internet and AC.

This hotel was perfect for me being a tourist. It had free shuttles to and from Bangkok Airport. The shuttles leave every hour on the hour. Plus Thai people are always very helpful and great hosts.

Clean and close to airport.
Stayed for just one night because this hotel was close to the airport. Free wifi, free shuttle to the airport, very clean room and bathroom, and very friendly staff. I thought the hotel was a great value for the location, price, and cleanliness. The only downside for some people that have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags up and down the stairs.
