We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 10) from 26 to 29 January 2024.
Check in was easy and quick. Initially booked a Superior Room, 2 Twin Beds but was given the choice to upgrade (additional 1200 baht for 3 nights) to a bigger room with a queen bed and two lounge chairs which we accepted after being shown the room. The two lounge seats were promptly made up with linen/sheets and my children said they were comfortable to sleep on. The Queen bed though, was a bit hard and the pillows weren't as comfortable unfortunately. There were two TVs in the bedroom with one remote, which we had issues with. We let reception know and they seemed to fix it but there was still a bit of a lag between pressing buttons and the tv responding.
The shower leaked on the floor during use but it seemed to dry up well the following morning. There was a distinct lack of hooks to hang up used towels.
The location is fantastic as it's in the shopping centre precinct/CBD. Even though it's lively on weekends, the noise did not bother us in the evening and we were able to sleep ok.
We did not opt for buffet breakfast at 490 baht pp so cannot comment on the quality of food. The only places we could find open in the morning for breakfast was 7-Eleven which was a 2 minute walk or a Macca's at Siam Paragon.
The pool looked tired and in need of refurbishment. My kids did not want to swim there as it was too cold.
Overall I would stay here again for the location.
