The front desk staffs were able to spoken english, also most of the other staffs too. The location of the Hotel is walkable to the station (5 mins). Distance to MBK is around 10mins, Siam centre 15mins, Central world around 25mins, Stadium one around 20mins. The room come with a living room with a sofa. A small kitchen with cloths washer and a small microwave. The toilet has a tub and spacious enough. The water provided come in a glass bottle. Overall, the price for the room was reasonably and space provided. Also, shopping centre near the Hotel is definitely a plus points for me. The only thing for me is the room door and toilet door is hard to close... lol. 4 stars out of 5 stars for me. Cheer.

Friendly and helpful staff. We stay at the residence and they drive us with the buggy from the lobby. The washing machine in the room very handy. Will come back again next time

LiT Residence is Exceptional
Everything was fantastic. Accommodations were the best. Spacious, clean, and homely. Stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, eating area, washer/dryer (and detergent), and daily complementary water in each room. Housekeeping exceptional, and so were front desk and dining staff. Much better than anything I’ve experienced in the U.S.

This are we second time stay here, on first night my kid get some thing bite, about 10plus red mark, we thought that is moquito, but how can be in the air con room? We have to apply the oil to prevent this happen again, after 4 night when we leaven the place to airport my wife say she also get the bite, is too late to say any thing, my kid full body give about 30 bite, even we apply the oil, we very disappointed this how can happen in the 4 star hotel? Got the cimex bedbug there.

Great place to relax
Third time staying at LiT, a first at the residence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean upon check-in. Daily cleaning for the bathroom can be better. Am happy that they look at minor details like providing a brand new sponge for washing in the kitchen. Washing powder is provided for laundry. Bed was really comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there.

convenient. Value for money.
I was given room which was had very strong smoke trapped in the aircon., even though I booked a non-smoking room. I spent one night in that room and felt unwell. My child and I had to breathe in the smoke all night and wash our clothes, which had absorbed the smoke. The next morning I requested a change of rooms, which was carried out. My other family members booked a room with 2 singles but were given a King bed. This involved getting the housekeeping to take action. Both incidences involved inconvenience and time wasted. Apart from that, the location is good and very close to MBK Mall and trains. However one has to walk through a narrow back street (not suitable for young kids/strollers or the old) as one has to jump aside into shallow drains, whenever there is traffic to get to main road. 7-11 and cafes nearby.

well they gave us a room that the balcony face into construction work of another building. So actually we woke up from 06:30 with all the noise until late hours of the evening (so much for afternoon nap), when i asked to move to another room, they gave me the regular answer , this is the type of room that you ordered. i will definitely consider other hotels next time.

Very nice apartment type rooms complete with kitchenette and washing machine. Peaceful and relaxing. The residence is set behind the main hotel building but check in is done in the hotel. We would stay here again. It’s centrally located by main shopping centers and the sky train providing easy access to all of Bangkok.

Nice property and people!
Have to take a Tuk Tuk to get to most places, but it's cheap as long as you agree on a price up front. Very nice rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. Nicer than any Hilton or Marriot I've stayed at.

Affordable central oasis
Location is great, quiet street near Siam square. Nice pool, excellent cheap massage and street food right outside. Close to canal stop. One downside: impossible to get a taximeter taxi to come to this location.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great service.
The room came furnished with an induction stove, a washing machine and two television sets. It was also clean and everything felt new. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk from National Stadium BTS Station and the Siam BTS Interchange. The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and the rest of the shopping district is just round the corner.

Place was nicer than most hotels I have been to. Rooms were clean and service was prompt and great. The hotel staffs were alsp amazingly friendly and nice. Food is average but service was nice as well.

Great hotel
We stayed 1 night but flew out at midnight the next night. Lit were so accomodating. Held our bags for early check in and late check out and let us use the facilities to shower and get ready for our journey. The stay was awesome as there facilities are 5 star. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Location is perfect for shopping and the bts. Breakfast was delecious. Would defiantly come back. If only this was a chain of hotels I would only stay at lit.
