Like: 1. Venue. Right at centre of Pratunam, within walking distance of Pratunam market, CentralWorld and Big C. 2. Room is clean and spacious. 3. Housekeeping staff is positive and courteous. Dislikes: 1. Premise photos not representing the current conditions. General areas are dimly lit, such as the ground floor entrance, reception and room corridor. Gym, pool and breakfast cafe no longer available. 2. Aircon leaking in one of booked rooms. 3. Administrative coordination between 3rd party online booking website and hotel reservation and reception staff. The staff was unable to find the 2nd room reservation, hence unable to arange for rooms to be adjacent to each other, even when prior email was sent to request for the arrangement. Upon reaching hotel, the reception staff was also unable to find the 2nd room reservation initially and took a subtantial time to finally confirm the reservation. 4. No slippers provided. In conclusion, the hotel is probably not up to its previous grandeur as what the photos suggested.

The property is very quiet could not see many guests. Inside the hotel no facility at all for dining but out side and around there were pubs and restaurants.

Positive: Location. The hotel is surrounded by a popular night market focused on clothing and accessories. There are also many street food vendors. If you like Indian cuisine, there are multiple Indian restaurants nearby. Negative: Many amenities the hotel advertises don't exist - room service, cultural activities in their Thai pavilion, spa, children's pool (empty) etc. Overall the property felt deserted and run down. Unacceptable: Staff tried to scam us over a hand towel. Our child spilled some tomato juice and we used a hand towel to try to clean the floor. They tried to charge us 1000 Bhat (about $30) in damages for the towel when there was a sign in the room saying you could buy a new towel for 350 Bhat. We told them we would have the towel cleaned instead. Overall it wasn't the money so much as the extremely odd behavior of the staff over the towel. We got four separate phone calls about the towel - annoying while on vacation - and when we did get it cleaned, they insisted we bring it to the front desk so they could verify we didn't substitute a new towel (what?). We then stood there as they took multiple photos of the towel, held it up to the light to examine, etc. We called Expedia that night and told them we were leaving early. It was getting too weird. When we told the front desk we were leaving they insisted on sending the maid up to verify nothing was "damaged or missing." Overall this is not the way to treat hotel guests.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your valuable feedback and sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. There had been some changes at the hotel since the pandemic, our team will double check to make sure our information is correct on all platforms. Regarding charge of THB 1,000, it was for extensive room cleaning including cost of hand towel. However our manager decided to waive all charges and in the end nothing was charged to your account. Please note it is standard check-out procedure to check the room prior to returning the security deposit. There may have been a miscommunication by our staff who will receive further training to improve their hospitality to guests.Our apologies once again for your experience. It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room is spacious and clean, but it looked aged. The hotel located near Airport Rail Link, within 5-10 minutes walk. It is within the Pratunam Market circle hence shopping is superb.

Clean and close to Central shopping and convention
We had a mixup at checkin which gave us a bad first impression. They worked very hard, especially Marissa, to try to make it up to us. The hotel is clean and in a great location. It looks like they are still recovering from the tourism slump; they keep it clean but staffing is less and they are saving money on electricity. Should bounce back soon now that tourism is returning.

My experience was not good as I was informed on arrival at the hotel that I had not paid my hotel accommodation for the time duration when in fact I had paid for this stay over a month before I made my travel. I had to call my family in Australia to get to the bottom (I even showed a printout that showed full payment ) then I was told on arrival that I did not have a hotel room booked. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Very Run down hotel
Do not stay here..the property is extremely run down with no services. Don t get the breakfast, as it ll just go in the bin. I have stayed here 9 times pre covid, last stay was marginal, but latest stay is a definite waste of time...go elsewhere.

Bathroom at room 1533 where water after bath remains stuck for a while rendering cleaning of your feet a problem. Tissue papers are scarce and of poor quality. Water boiler extremely old and somewhat rusted.

Stay at the junior suite room with 2 rooms. Booked with specification of 5 guest , paid extra for the 5th person. Room inside no extra bed or arrangement for the 5th person eg. ,4 towel, 4 mineral water..... need to go to lobby to argue for the 5th breadfast in the morning despite having pay for 5 guest. Lousy sevices and attitude, definitley will not recommend.
