The hotel is very nice, appreciated the little extras in the room with comfortable bed and pillows (lacked a clock in the room). The area is challenging to get to attractions and we paid a lot on taxis and tuk tuks. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern.

Rooms were very clean and in good condition, breakfast was nice and a good choice menu. Only thing poor was the pool, it was the size of an average jacuzzi, there is no bar so no relaxing by the pool with a coctail.

The room was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The only problem with the stay was a barking dog outside so maybe ask for a room on the top floor. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money

Stayed here for a week with 8 members of my family. Good value for the money. Clean place, friendly staff. a bit of a walk to the BTS, but not terrible. They have a tuk tuk but it was pretty worthless. It only dispatches to the MBK center and doesn't run at all on Sunday or Monday. the driver was apparently unavailable the other times we asked to use it. Never managed to get to use it. The other criticism is that the split unit aircon has the hot side right on the balcony blowing very hot air right on the chairs and table. So you can't cool the room and enjoy the balcony at the same time. But these are minor issues. Breakfast was good. You can ask for eggs (omelettes, scrambled, over easy etc.). I didn't realize that for the first half of the week and the buffet turned out to be plenty even without it. One has to love Pad Thai for breakfast.

The room is reasonably good -- clean and comfortable. About 10-minute walk from nearest BTS, but quite dark to walk through the soi if alone. One-way transport available from hotel to BTS. Reception staff is pleasant. A little noisy in the day from activities in the neighbourhood.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Les + Chambre très spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire Personnel très à l écoute et bon service Assez bien situé avec le métro assez proche Les - La piscine est vraiment beaucoup mise en valeur sur les photos. Elle est très petite et ne donne pas très envie d y aller (juste à côté du parking) donc il ne faut pas choisir cet hôtel pour la piscine, c était mon cas et je ne m ai pas utilisé ( je n ai vu personne l utiliser d ailleurs) Petit déjeuner correct mais pas extraordinaire

Wouldn't stay again

Did not like Bangkok and would not go again. It was not a nice area around the hotel and quite a few scams going on. The hotel was ok but could not smoke on your balcony. The smoking area was full of mosquitos, so we got bit loads. No tea or coffee facilities in your room, had to go to food area if you wanted a brew.

Even thought it is a quite a distant to the BTS, it's still a nice and comfy hotel, breakfsst is OK but needs a bit more varieties. Overall, it a nice hotel.

Didnt expect the superb service despite this price. Very friendly frontline staff. Free tuktuk to nearest bts and mbk. Early check in. Pretty quiet at night. Our aircon remote was down at 2am and they sent a engineer in 2mins. Only downside is the walk back to hotel from the bts station but the rest would cover this. :) Definitely would come back again and hope the service is still consistent.

Nuchy and other staff are very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable for the price. Free tuk tuk ride to MBK. Value for money. I would highly recommend it.

The check-in staff (male) is very helpful & friendly, allows us to check in early at 12:00 on the 1st day. We stayed at level 2, the toilet floor is not even, whenever we turn on water, there will be a stagnant water in toilet which will not dry up by itself. And there's a not pleasant smell when we enter the room on day 1 However, for the price, the room is clean and has enough space for all my luggage and I can sleep well at night.

The room was super comfortable and the staff at the front desk and room service were super friendly. The hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest train station which are more convenient to both of us (my sister and I). Overall, it was a perfect hospitality and highly recommended.

Very Thai neighborhood

I like the neighborhood as it's not the typical tourist area. But I walked from hotel to Siam center was only about 15min. Nearby hotel there are a lot of local eatery and hawkers and plenty of convenient stores. Front desk Staffs are very friendly and helpful and able to communicate in English. One thing not so good is that they have a mini pool... Almost like a jacuzzi kakakakkaa

Clean and new hotel

A new and clean hotel with friendly staffs that can speak good English. It's around 6 minutes walking distance to Ratchathewi station which makes it relatively convenient to explore Bangkok. A little downside is that the soundproofing. Eg. if people talks loudly at the corridor,we can hear it quite clearly in the room. Otherwise, our stay was a pleasant one and we really enjoyed it. The hotel lobby is nicely decorated too.

乾淨，企理

價錢合理，酒店新淨以及房間不多，只有4層，所以沒有旅行團，較為清靜。房間乾淨，簡約，訂了有露台房間，有落地大玻璃，感覺開陽。位置一般，座落在民居及內街。交通 ok ，有 free tuk tuk 到 BTS。坐的士到 Siam centre 及 Paragon 大概 5 mins 。

Trevlig och hjälpsam receptionspersonal. Rummet okej, rent och snyggt men lyhört. Balkongen gick inte att sitta på för det blåser värme från ac:n som är placetad där. Poolen ,suck placerad stående på bilparkeringen vilket innebär alltid skugga där. Jag badade inte och det gjorde ingen annan heller av förklarliga skäl. Poolen borde ha varit placerad på taket istället. Frukosten enkel liten buffé som var okej. Bra läge med gångavstånd till BTS skytrainen och MBK och alla andra shopping center.

施設に関しては不満はなかったが道を挟んで向かいの家の鶏が早朝から大きい鳴き声で目がさめる。人によっては気になるかもしれない。但しそれなりの防音はしてある。最寄駅のラーチャテーウィ駅からホテルまでの道がそれほど広くなく人や車の往来がかなりあるので大きな荷物をもっている時は要注意。スタッフの対応は良かった。

駅からも近く、良いホテルでした。ただ、ホテルの前の家で飼われているニワトリが朝から晩まで鳴いているのがうるさくて気になりました。寝られないほどではないです。あと、カミソリが用意されていないため、男性はコンビニで購入が必要でしょう。

벨라호텔 투숙기

창문이 완전히 밀폐되어 열지를 못하게 된 상황이었고, 옆방과의 소음이 전혀 차단이 되지 않아서 다소 어려움이 있었습니다. 특히 중국인들이 80%이상 집중적으로 투숙하는 호텔이라서 더더욱 소음이 신경 쓰입니다.

總體來說都好，只是隔音差
