Not sure what kind of a business hotel this is, there were no bathrobes and slippers provided. Killed 2 baby cockroaches in the room on the first day, decided to forget it but found another 5-6 on second night. Contacted housekeeping which came by with an insect spray in hand. Refused to let them spray as it’ll be impossible to sleep in the room after that. Requested to change room instead which turned out to be yet another fiasco. First room given was still occupied by someone (yes, we were given keys to someone else’s room, how safe is that?); second room was of wrong configuration. Only at 11.30pm were we given the right room. When I handed over the by then mixed-up card keys of the other 3 rooms, the staff, utterly lacking any gd sense, questioned me on the room number for the cards, something which she could easily figure out at the front desk by checking on the computer. No apology fm the hotel throughout the ordeal, neither was there offer to upgrade room (I had to ask for one) or fruit basket as service recovery. Hotel staff are not proficient in a English as well. They could not provide sewing kit or scissors when I tried to borrow them. Only redeeming factor is the decent buffet breakfast, which sadly will not be enticing me back.
