I particularly requested a king size bed, which was more expensive in the reservation, but when I arrived at the property they told the only available was a twin room, with two separate beds.

Hotel close swimming pool,gym and restaurant for covid-19 but still keep the high price. Very non cost-effective. No matter how , room is clean and comfortable.

I arrived at the property at about midnight and the reception had difficulty finding my reservation. They finally found the reservation and changed the room charges to my credit card. Then they asked me for a cash deposit. After paying I was told to sit and wait because my reservation was not in the system. This took about 35 minutes. At check out they make you wait until they send someone to check the room. The hotel uses dispensers for shower gel and shampoo, The shower gel dispenser was completely empty. The gym and pool are okay. Overall the hotel is getting a little worn down. It seems that the hotel is struggling. Features like the fountains at the pool are turned off. They are out of items at the bar etc.

The hotel is very convenient as it is close to MRT station. Old design without bed side charger and the shower gel and shampoo in big bottle iare placed at the basin and not in shower area making them difficult to access. Chinese tourists make the main lobby very noisy at time and messy and dirty at breakfast. The staffs are warm, friendly and helpful. Pleasant stay in general.

False Advertisement - No Where Near 5 Star
Hotel was minimal, nothing like the 5 stars indicated in the website (false advertisement) . Requested for an iron in my room, none was available; neither was there a laundry or ironing facility anywhere in the hotel . Internet was really slow and my Google Drive dropped many times; almost impossible to have any work done. Seriously doubt how people can have a Convention here !!!

Great hotel good price but on the outskirts things
So the hotel is great but I suspect it’s a favourite with Chinese tour operators as we where one of a few western guests. It has good MRT links which is vital for travel in busy periods but is a long way from any traditional tourist locations. More a residential area. Staff where super and could not fault the hotel. Breakfast was a disappointment in our eyes as it was heavy on the Asian style so it you like rice soup and thinks I would have for dinner you will be fine

Cockroach infestation
Not sure what kind of a business hotel this is, there were no bathrobes and slippers provided. Killed 2 baby cockroaches in the room on the first day, decided to forget it but found another 5-6 on second night. Contacted housekeeping which came by with an insect spray in hand. Refused to let them spray as it’ll be impossible to sleep in the room after that. Requested to change room instead which turned out to be yet another fiasco. First room given was still occupied by someone (yes, we were given keys to someone else’s room, how safe is that?); second room was of wrong configuration. Only at 11.30pm were we given the right room. When I handed over the by then mixed-up card keys of the other 3 rooms, the staff, utterly lacking any gd sense, questioned me on the room number for the cards, something which she could easily figure out at the front desk by checking on the computer. No apology fm the hotel throughout the ordeal, neither was there offer to upgrade room (I had to ask for one) or fruit basket as service recovery. Hotel staff are not proficient in a English as well. They could not provide sewing kit or scissors when I tried to borrow them. Only redeeming factor is the decent buffet breakfast, which sadly will not be enticing me back.

The staff, cleanliness and style left me not wanting for anything more. The breakfast was really good and it’s right by the skytrain so it’s convenient for transport. However there is not a lot around the hotel as far as restaurants are concerned so a Taxi is needed if you don’t have your own transport.

Nice hotel
All the staff is very nice and polite. They provide very good service. The MRT station is next to the hotel. A very big supermarket Big C is opposite to the hotel. Easy to get to JJ Market, around 100bath by taxi.

My overall stay was ok except that the free in-room wifi connection wasn't as stable as I wish it would be. It gets disconnected on and off easily so it can be rather frustrating if one is relying on internet to get some work down on the laptop.

Convenient Hotel
Friendly and convenient hotel for my stay in BKK. Very close to the convenient stores, bank and variety shopping mall. Fine dinning in the restaurant and efficient staff.

Good hotel to stay
It's ok overall with good selection of buffet.However, the bathroom is a little old, and needs and upgrade. The lady at the reception asked us for 1,000 baht deposit when we already paid the hotels by credit card. A little inconvenient if you don't have cash on site. When we checked out, the different lady did not understand why we were asked about the security deposit. They are obviously not coordinating with one another. The room is nice though.
