An enjoyable 3 day stay

Hotel stay was n enjoyable one. Everything abt d hotel was top notch, from d staff to d facilities. Gym was well equipped. Muslim travellers looking for strictly halal food may hav a little difficulty, but Muslim restaurants r reachable by Grab or taxi. Mrt station opening soon wil help travellers move around without going thro d traffic jam

Ok Hotel

The hotel is very nice in regards to condition and facilities, but the check in desk staff let them down. I was offered an invoice for additional nights stayed which were paid in cash, and I’m still waiting for it. I asked the staff on multiple occasions and still no joy. We also booked a taxi to the airport with concierge, however in the morning we found out that taxi was never booked for us.

Very close to Central, and easy to walk. The staff was very friendly and helped me with a few issues that I had in the room. The beds are very firm, so for those that like hard mattresses, this is the place for you!

Very sad for best west chain

A 4 star hotel that is now a 2 star hotel . Reseption not polite. All restaurants in hotel closed only cofee shop open limited time and limited menu. Lack of managment is obvious.

I like the Wanda very much, but am a bit disappointed in the food quality in the restaurant. Much of the breakfast buffet is lukewarm and bland. The pork knuckle dinner which looked so grand in the advertisement, was pretty mediocre. I think it does a disservice to the Wanda to have less than stellar food, especially when Thailand is KNOWN for it's yummy food...even the fruit on the breakfast bar was tasteless and sparce. Improve that and you have a wonderful package all around!

It only takes about 20 minutes to travel from Don Mueang Airport but there is no BTS (I think it is under construction) so it is not too convenient if you want to go about like other parts of Bangkok. However, as I just wanted to relax and go for a show at the nearby shopping mall, this hotel perfectly serves my purposes. The hotel itself is clean and comfy and hotel staff are quite helpful.

I'm holiday traveler that stayed for one night. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff was very friendly, going so far as to offer a cool refreshing juice upon my arrival. My request for for a king bed, however, there was a king bed and a twin in my room, odd but not a problem. The bed was very firm so the only reason i slept was from pure exhaustion after 20+ hours of air travel - it offered limited comfort. The room on the other hand was very clean and the bathroom had great shower pressure. The TV offered limited English speaking channels but again, it was a short stay. I needed assistance with the room lights and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding with made to order omlettes, mini waffles a great fruit and bread selection. If your in for just a night and need a room near DMK I would recommend. I have a bad back so unfortunately I can't have a firm bed.
